  2. Bullet Point Notes

    This is a minor request but it would be fantastic if there were easier ways to read notes in the activities section. Right now, no matter how you format the notes, everything runs on one line. Showing the use of the enter/return button AND bullet points would be a great way to review notes for clients!

  3. On the "Add an Activity" Actions pop up, make "Account" a starred, necessary field.

    Currently reps are adding activities, naming them for accounts, but, since it is not required, sometimes not adding account names. As a result, there are a number of orphan, non associated activities. On a top level this is giving us a false view of account contact. Activities and Accounts need ALWAYS to be linked.

  4. Task lists

    I create task lists on paper for my clients and often worry that I am going to forget something shifting between paper and Matrix. I'd love to see each account have a place where I can create check boxes and lists of things that need to get completed - and have it appear on my daily espresso shot. Many of these items could be standardized - credit app, approval of commercial script, commercial shoot date, commercial shoot, approval of commercial, etc... This would help ensure that things don't fall through the cracks in a very high paced environment - and…

    Pulling this up as a candidate while we discuss new activity enhancements. Right now we’re discussing this as part of an improved Activity List (or equivalent because people hate paging through lists).

    Looking forward to experimenting with this one :)

  5. Auto format a phone number

    When adding a contact, can you auto format a number? If I add a number to Outlook, all I need to do is enter the 10 digits, hit enter or tab forward, and the software automatically formats the number with parenthesese and dash.

  6. Add a "Difference" column to Churning Report

    I would like to see the difference between what we have pending this year and what we booked last year for our churn accounts. I also want to be able to sort by the "Difference" column to easily find where the biggest losses due to churn are occurring.

  7. Add Last Billed to List Builder as a column option

    I wanted to remind everyone that we do have this functionality now within our List Builder area for Matrix Premium customers but we do NOT have the ability to show Last Billed on it yet.

    I will be changing this request so that it better reflects the need for the Last Billed information on that list since the rest has been taken care of

  8. Gregorian or Broadcast option when pulling Commissions Report

    When pulling the Commissions Report it pulls all data based on Calendar billing. 95% of accounts bill as Broadcast and that's what the commissions are calculated on. The report would be much more accurate if this option was available.

    We will look into a way to handle this that allows you to pick which contact information you want to keep on your contacts when attaching them to accounts and agencies.

  10. Account Ranking Queries

    I think it would be great if we could run a report that will display accounts that meet certain criteria like accounts that are - or + $500 compared to previous year.

    With the upcoming Alert Center engine upgrade combined with an overall UI update this should be more of a reality.

    We could answer questions like the one requested and more like…
    “Show me accounts that have $0 billed this month but had money last year”
    “Show me accounts without Pending Deals”

    These types of questions can help you stay on track of accounts so that nothing slips through the cracks! Stay tuned…I predict a lot of greatness coming your way in 2017!

  11. Account Profile Page- History of Account

    The Term " HISTORY OF ACCT" should appear within the acct profile page instead of showing Activity/Contact/Details, etc..This is helpful for newcomers using Monarch.

    After making changes to accounts, the system automatically brings you back to page 1 regardless of what page the change was made. Can it be fixed so that when you go back after the change, you are brought back to where you were??

  17. Autofill client name in new activity window from same account activity window

    When viewing an activity in a account profile and then wanting to add another activity from there, why doesn't the account profile name autofill? There have been times that I will find an activity in my calendar with no customer associated with it because I neglected to do reselect the client in the account search box (my bad, but could this be avoided?). If it isn't possible to do this, then could it be possible for the activity to be rejected because there is no name associated with it forcing you to do an account search before saving activity?

  19. Account "Priority" available as a reporting filter.

    In Monarch you can add a priority to each account. However, priority is not a filter in the reports. Account priority should be available as both a hierarchy and a filter in reports where it makes sense.
