I create task lists on paper for my clients and often worry that I am going to forget something shifting between paper and Matrix. I'd love to see each account have a place where I can create check boxes and lists of things that need to get completed - and have it appear on my daily espresso shot. Many of these items could be standardized - credit app, approval of commercial script, commercial shoot date, commercial shoot, approval of commercial, etc... This would help ensure that things don't fall through the cracks in a very high paced environment - and help new account executives learn the workflow of their sales cycle. Pulling this up as a candidate while we discuss new activity enhancements. Right now we’re discussing this as part of an improved Activity List (or equivalent because people hate paging through lists).

Hi Ryan - you've got it correct. The current activities list is more of a process / workflow list - and the task list would be for the nitty-gritty details.

Let me see if I can put this into my own words in order to make sure that I understand your need :)
You would like a way to create a "to do" style task list that everyone would make use of because it is standard/uniform.
These would be applied to new accounts and new orders being negotiated.
This is separate from the Activities that you currently perform.
It sounds like it might be helpful if the user could add things to the task list to account for special one offs
