Adding Activities Information in My List view
Same as Master List, customers would like to have activities information on their list view,

Notes (activity) that mgmt has access to.
Are you able to add accessibility to mgmt to our notes for advertisers? Currently, we are the only ones who have access. This would save us time and also be able to add notes that we all can view. The "add an activity" doesn't always make sense and time consuming.

Pin Account Notes
It would be great if in every billing account profile there is a place to put Traffic Contact information, and Makegood policies.. I know we could put as a note, but then it gets pushed down as you do other things.. so if there's a way to add this as a card to slide that is housed in the main information about the client, that would be ideal

Adding an Additional Column to Reflect Last Billed VS Last Updated
This is from Stephen Naylor
Looing at the screenshot below, this prospect is showing 8/2023 under the ‘last billed’ column. They’ve never billed. Can you help me understand why they, and many others, would show under last billed?
Hi Stephen
It is showing you the last month when the account was updated by either submitting an activity , a deal or a contact
If the account reports revenue, then the type changes to Billing – otherwise will only update based on data entry

I have been using your product and have found it very helpful overall. I wanted to provide a suggestion that I believe could further improve the user experience.
Currently, users can only select one activity at a time to move from 'Incomplete' to 'Complete.' Implementing a bulk selection option would allow users to complete multiple activities simultaneously. This added convenience would streamline workflows and enhance productivity.
Please consider adding a multi-select checkbox or other bulk action tool to enable completing multiple tasks at once. I believe this small improvement could make a big difference in the day-to-day use…1 vote -
Cursor moves to pop up box when merging accounts
Would be nice if the cursor automatically moved to the pop up box query when merging accounts.

Be able to filter by "does NOT equal" or able to filter on column headers

Deal Status Report:
I love this new report in Matrix. I was wondering if revenue type could be added to the Hierarchy so we can see revenue broken out by bucket. To get this i have run multiple reports. seeing it all broken out help the digital team identify opportunity

Category column - Accounts List

I have a great suggestion! I exported my list into excel alphabetically. I would like to sort it by "product category". That would be super helpful when I am looking for all of my tourism clients or home improvement clients, etc. Can you add that as a column?

tagging managers
it would be very helpful if we could tag a manager in a note and the system alerted them that they have been tagged like in Zendesk Sell.

Account "Priority" available as a reporting filter.
In Monarch you can add a priority to each account. However, priority is not a filter in the reports. Account priority should be available as both a hierarchy and a filter in reports where it makes sense.

Drip email campaigns to clients
It would be great if we had campaigns to choose from for clients to be set on automatic to stay in touch throughout each process. 1. prospecting would have great information regarding marketing and why using our digital or TV medium would be good for them. 2. Current Clients: stay in touch, reinforce their decision to use us. All of this would be automated email once a month or twice, depending on the different campaigns you can create. Client Name Listed in Mobile Activities
I would like to have the activities in matrix mobile listed by client name first! When in the field traveling it's easier to plan route based on client location. The subject is ok to list, but useless without who project or plan is for.

You should have a feature which updates the new year with all the prior year's deals.
I am going to put in all my deals for 2022 for all my active accounts. This way my manager and I will have a better grasp on what is coming in, what can be expected and better insight into pending. This means I am going to take each month of 2021 and type it into 2022. I know you have a feature that copies the same amount into each month. But many of my accounts, especially the large hospitals, auto dealers, state government, -- have different amounts in each month. I have to spend a lot of time to…
