Pin Account Notes
It would be great if in every billing account profile there is a place to put Traffic Contact information, and Makegood policies.. I know we could put as a note, but then it gets pushed down as you do other things.. so if there's a way to add this as a card to slide that is housed in the main information about the client, that would be ideal

This has been escalated internally to the enhancement review team. It is currently under review. I added a suggestion to your suggestion to be able to PIN NOTES so that in case there is a note that should not be pushed down like you described in your post.
