All Activities visible on Calendar
Could you add a button on calendar view so we can see all activities rather than only complete or incomplete?

Notes (activity) that mgmt has access to.
Are you able to add accessibility to mgmt to our notes for advertisers? Currently, we are the only ones who have access. This would save us time and also be able to add notes that we all can view. The "add an activity" doesn't always make sense and time consuming.

I have been using your product and have found it very helpful overall. I wanted to provide a suggestion that I believe could further improve the user experience.
Currently, users can only select one activity at a time to move from 'Incomplete' to 'Complete.' Implementing a bulk selection option would allow users to complete multiple activities simultaneously. This added convenience would streamline workflows and enhance productivity.
Please consider adding a multi-select checkbox or other bulk action tool to enable completing multiple tasks at once. I believe this small improvement could make a big difference in the day-to-day use…1 vote -
Client Name Listed in Mobile Activities
I would like to have the activities in matrix mobile listed by client name first! When in the field traveling it's easier to plan route based on client location. The subject is ok to list, but useless without who project or plan is for.

Enable Manager level emails to register as an Activity on ALL accounts regardless of the Owner of Account.
As a Manager, I use List Builder to send emails to Open and House accounts. Because the account is not in my name, it doesn't register therefore, not tracked.

Outlook to Matrix Calendar - help me help my managers
I understand that we can create an activity in Matrix and save to our outlook calendar, but I would love a way to go from Outlook > Martix. For example, we could BCC an appointment from Outlook to Matrix just like we can emails. Our managers need to be able to track our activities in Matrix, however it is a hassle for us to re-create all our outlook meetings to the matrix calendar for them to see. It's also a hassle to stop working, log into Matrix, create the appointment, save to outlook, THEN forward to our clients. Especially when…

Edit Notes
There is a new section of activity called notes. I want to be able to add the date without typing it each time and I want to go back and edit the note if I need to update it. Without this option, I will go back to making everything an activity.
Also, if you copy and paste notes from a meeting and its spaced out or bulleted, it all smashes together in a paragraph so its hard to read your notes.

Add Manager Activity feed into Espresso Show
As managers, we often call on our own list of accounts or set individual meetings with AEs accounts. Is it possible to add a Manager's activity feed tied to accounts to their daily espresso shot?

Ability to upload a photo into the Matrix Locker
Specifically on the mobile version - it would be really great if we could upload a photo into the Matrix Locker. Often times I am out dropping off things for clients - and being able to snap a photo of it and add it into their file would be super helpful. (Or even if not a photo file, ability to upload a pdf via mobile would be helpful - since I can scan an image as a pdf in my "Notes" app on my iphone)

Make it possible to select multiple activities at once to "complete."
Make it possible to select multiple activities at once so that if you get behind on "completing" them, there is a time efficient solution. Currently, I have added activities for months that I haven't "completed" because it takes the system over 5 seconds per activity and I'd be sitting here for well over an hour just to do that alone. It'd be helpful to have the option to select multiples at once

Add an area for Client Address when adding an Activity
Can we get client address added to CONTACT area in Activity, so we can copy and paste into LOCATION when setting an appointment? This would make it easier when locating the address needed for that activity.

1. Set Location to Account Address
2. Set Location to Agency Address
3. Set Location to Contact Address
4. User Specified Address (as it is today)This assumes you have an Account, Agency, and Contact attached tot he activity but they aren’t required and you couldn’t use those options if they didn’t exist.
What are your thoughts on this as a workflow?

Add Multiple Projects to an Activity
Currently can only add one project to an activity. A seller might be pitching multiple at one time so it would be much easier to note that in a single activity than having to create duplicates.

More than one phone number field needed
We need more than one phone number field. I have many clients with multiple locations. But I can only list one and track activity easily. Replace the fax number field. Or make it optional. Also do not need a fax number. I find it difficult to use matrix activities for any client with more than one location.

Allow a user to change their default email type for emails sent to Matrix for Activities
When I bcc Matrix in my emails it shows up in my Activities as "EMAIL". The majority of my outgoing emails are in the prospecting sequence. Can I update that to just default to "3.Email" under Prospecting activity?

Adding Multiple Activities
For example if you have a total of 12 activities to enter for different Accounts, is there a way to only change the date and keep saved the same activity so I don't have to enter each one separately.

Ability to add email activities with MP3 audio files when using the Activity Integration vcard
My Sales Reps are using the Activity Integration email and when sending emails with MP3 attachments , Monarch is not recording the email activity . Can we please add this file extension to the approved list when using the Activity Integration vcard? We were able to upload manually but the email attachment option would be great
