Background:

She has a Contact that is associated with several of her accounts so when she BCCs it doesn't tend to end up on the right account. So, she ends up disassociating the Contact from the accounts and her activity comes in blank.

In evaluating this with her we both came to the conclusion that it would be super helpful if she could the idea that life would be much better if she could search and select Account right from the Activity list screens.

Pain Point: Today Monarch doesn't have a way to handle a contact that is associated with multiple accounts or agencies and assign the correct account/agency to the activity with the contact
