  3. Pin Accounts to the Home Page

    When setting up, prospecting, and pitching and account I need to go into their account page several times a week. It would be great if we could pin these accounts to the Home Page to make it quicker and easier to open Matrix and get right to the account to make updates.

    At the moment there are 9 cards on the Home Page that you can define. I really only use two of the cards. This would be an excellent place to add these accounts by defining the card to display the account. Then, when I am through the sales…

  4. Light and Dark Mode

    It would be great to add a light and dark mode option. I prefer dark mode as I spend a lot of time staring at the screen and it is less stress on the eyes if the background is dark and the text is light.

    Additionally, you could have custom color/background/theme options then we could choose the colors we want ourselves.

  6. Notes (activity) that mgmt has access to.

    Are you able to add accessibility to mgmt to our notes for advertisers? Currently, we are the only ones who have access. This would save us time and also be able to add notes that we all can view. The "add an activity" doesn't always make sense and time consuming.

  7. Pin Account Notes

    It would be great if in every billing account profile there is a place to put Traffic Contact information, and Makegood policies.. I know we could put as a note, but then it gets pushed down as you do other things.. so if there's a way to add this as a card to slide that is housed in the main information about the client, that would be ideal

  9. Adding an Additional Column to Reflect Last Billed VS Last Updated

    This is from Stephen Naylor

    Looing at the screenshot below, this prospect is showing 8/2023 under the ‘last billed’ column. They’ve never billed. Can you help me understand why they, and many others, would show under last billed?

    Hi Stephen

    It is showing you the last month when the account was updated by either submitting an activity , a deal or a contact

    If the account reports revenue, then the type changes to Billing – otherwise will only update based on data entry

    Dear Matrix,
    I have been using your product and have found it very helpful overall. I wanted to provide a suggestion that I believe could further improve the user experience.
    Currently, users can only select one activity at a time to move from 'Incomplete' to 'Complete.' Implementing a bulk selection option would allow users to complete multiple activities simultaneously. This added convenience would streamline workflows and enhance productivity.
    Please consider adding a multi-select checkbox or other bulk action tool to enable completing multiple tasks at once. I believe this small improvement could make a big difference in the day-to-day use…

    I love this new report in Matrix. I was wondering if revenue type could be added to the Hierarchy so we can see revenue broken out by bucket. To get this i have run multiple reports. seeing it all broken out help the digital team identify opportunity

    I have a great suggestion! I exported my list into excel alphabetically. I would like to sort it by "product category". That would be super helpful when I am looking for all of my tourism clients or home improvement clients, etc. Can you add that as a column?

  18. Account "Priority" available as a reporting filter.

    In Monarch you can add a priority to each account. However, priority is not a filter in the reports. Account priority should be available as both a hierarchy and a filter in reports where it makes sense.

  20. Drip email campaigns to clients

    It would be great if we had campaigns to choose from for clients to be set on automatic to stay in touch throughout each process. 1. prospecting would have great information regarding marketing and why using our digital or TV medium would be good for them. 2. Current Clients: stay in touch, reinforce their decision to use us. All of this would be automated email once a month or twice, depending on the different campaigns you can create. Maybe even category specific
