  1. Ability to see contacts & activities on open accounts for easier prospecting.

    Right now when prospecting accounts that are already in Matrix, you have to add the account to your master list and wait for the manager to approve it before you can see the contacts and previous activities listed under the account. You then clutter your master list with accounts that you have not even called on yet, just to see the contacts and acvitivies. If there is a way, it would be extrememly beneficial for AEs to see contacts & acitivies on any open accounts, so they can then call on them and see where previous AEs got with them…

  3. Category column - Accounts List

    I have a great suggestion! I exported my list into excel alphabetically. I would like to sort it by "product category". That would be super helpful when I am looking for all of my tourism clients or home improvement clients, etc. Can you add that as a column?

  4. Account Profile Page- History of Account

    The Term " HISTORY OF ACCT" should appear within the acct profile page instead of showing Activity/Contact/Details, etc..This is helpful for newcomers using Monarch.

  10. Account "Priority" available as a reporting filter.

    In Monarch you can add a priority to each account. However, priority is not a filter in the reports. Account priority should be available as both a hierarchy and a filter in reports where it makes sense.

    After making changes to accounts, the system automatically brings you back to page 1 regardless of what page the change was made. Can it be fixed so that when you go back after the change, you are brought back to where you were??

  12. Autofill client name in new activity window from same account activity window

    When viewing an activity in a account profile and then wanting to add another activity from there, why doesn't the account profile name autofill? There have been times that I will find an activity in my calendar with no customer associated with it because I neglected to do reselect the client in the account search box (my bad, but could this be avoided?). If it isn't possible to do this, then could it be possible for the activity to be rejected because there is no name associated with it forcing you to do an account search before saving activity?

  14. Drip email campaigns to clients

    It would be great if we had campaigns to choose from for clients to be set on automatic to stay in touch throughout each process. 1. prospecting would have great information regarding marketing and why using our digital or TV medium would be good for them. 2. Current Clients: stay in touch, reinforce their decision to use us. All of this would be automated email once a month or twice, depending on the different campaigns you can create. Maybe even category specific

  15. Client Name Listed in Mobile Activities

    I would like to have the activities in matrix mobile listed by client name first! When in the field traveling it's easier to plan route based on client location. The subject is ok to list, but useless without who project or plan is for.

    My idea is for preferences...Here at KETV, we have 5 platforms with 4 different codes. Currently, I have all of my options set up as preferences. However, it's so much to view that we lose sight of the top of the page and don't know what month we're working on anymore (see screenshot for a current deal i have pending).   19. You should have a feature which updates the new year with all the prior year's deals.

    I am going to put in all my deals for 2022 for all my active accounts. This way my manager and I will have a better grasp on what is coming in, what can be expected and better insight into pending. This means I am going to take each month of 2021 and type it into 2022. I know you have a feature that copies the same amount into each month. But many of my accounts, especially the large hospitals, auto dealers, state government, -- have different amounts in each month. I have to spend a lot of time to…

  20. Enable Manager level emails to register as an Activity on ALL accounts regardless of the Owner of Account.

    As a Manager, I use List Builder to send emails to Open and House accounts. Because the account is not in my name, it doesn't register therefore, not tracked.
