  1. A Matrix Locker folder that can be used to share files on all access levels with sub folders

    Just a suggestion maybe a folder that allowed everyone access that could have subfolders might be a great way to help your clients seeing as we are all working remotely for the foreseeable future.

    The My Company folder allows some access but not full access to all levels of access and has no ability to organize files.

    This would allow your clients to use your product instead of a Dropbox or Google account. It would keep files safe and allow managers, AE's, and assistants to share files like research and proposals.

    It would be great to have a report that shows the accounts that were transferred to a specific AE over the past year. This would help see the timeframe and how long an AE was assigned an account.

  4. Historical billing should stay on original account owner during reassignment

    historical billing should stay on original account owner during reassignment and the new owner should only get a view of that revenue from the Account / Agency Profile pages.

  5. Add the last activity dates to My List

    It would be helpful to add the Last Activity Date Colmun to the My List view. It is currently on the Master List but not the My List account view.

  6. Share List Builder Lists

    Be able to share a list that an AE or another Manager created in List Builder to other users. My AE's are creating lists in List Builder and I'm not able to see them as a Manager or run a report by these lists.

  7. Display All Salespeople on My Team on Salesperson Filter on Account List

    Stephanie Lundberg (Nexstar MGR) reached out and mentioned that it would be a great for AE's to be able to filter the Master Account List. Only managers are able to filter the Master List, and it would be great if AEs can do this even if just for the Placeholder Sellers.

    In the past, I have also heard from other AE's who would only like to see the accounts assigned to specific placeholders so they know which accounts are available to claim more easily. Currently, they need to sort the list by seller to see these accounts grouped.

  9. Forecast revenue

    We need to be able to see the next year's billing by outlet under Revenue Comparison on the Deal pages. For example while it is Dec'20 I have already booked a good deal of orders for 2021 and while I am looking at a 1Q'21 Deal that I have forecasted I don't have the ability to see anything booked beyond 2020 in the Revenue Comparison portion at the bottom of the screen. This requires me to open another window of the application, run a Forecast Report and toggle between the two in order to see if the money has hit…

  12. Sales Outlook- Revenue Report Save as Excel

    It would be awesome when going under the revenue report to be able to save the sales outlook as an excel or pdf, either would work. I am an assistant, and being able to send my account executive their sales outlook information while they are on the road would be useful.

  18. Allow contacts to be associated with multiple accounts

    Customer's can be associated with multiple accounts. Today in the system you can only associate a contact with one account. Allow the ability to associate contact will multiple accounts to prevent contacts from being added multiple times.

  20. Add an area for Client Address when adding an Activity

    Can we get client address added to CONTACT area in Activity, so we can copy and paste into LOCATION when setting an appointment? This would make it easier when locating the address needed for that activity.

    I’m wondering if we had better quick options on the Location if that might be useful?

    For example…
    1. Set Location to Account Address
    2. Set Location to Agency Address
    3. Set Location to Contact Address
    4. User Specified Address (as it is today)

    This assumes you have an Account, Agency, and Contact attached tot he activity but they aren’t required and you couldn’t use those options if they didn’t exist.

    What are your thoughts on this as a workflow?
