Looing at the screenshot below, this prospect is showing 8/2023 under the ‘last billed’ column. They’ve never billed. Can you help me understand why they, and many others, would show under last billed?

It is showing you the last month when the account was updated by either submitting an activity , a deal or a contact

If the account reports revenue, then the type changes to Billing – otherwise will only update based on data entry

Thanks. Does it make sense then to update the column header to last billed/updated or to add another column that is last updated
