show contact information on the account list
It would be GREAT to see any contact information/phone number/address for any open account...especially as we move accounts with no activity to open all the time. If another AE has done the work to find the contact, then it would be awesome for everyone to be able to see it.

3 votesWe are wrapping up budget related work and have opted to hold off on this particular feature temporarily. This is not saying that it will not be done, but we need to first get some Account/Agency architecture changes made before we can pull this type of data into the Account Profile.

scheduled calls
when scheduling a call - imported into my calendar - when the calendar reminder comes up, there's not an automatic integration of the contact's phone number.

add contact person name area to "add a prospect" window. Consider letting me add an Agency at the same time. Or add an Account when I add an Agency. Account/Agency/Contact would be useful to add all at the same time when I know them.
3 votesWhile prospecting, it makes sense to also add in the people you might know. I’m going to pass this along to our team for consideration in future Account changes that we are planning to do. I want to make sure that this is a candidate for development.

Include Traffic ID on User List
It would be helpful to display the traffic ID in the Users list and in the export for doing maintenance and auditing.

I would like a way to reassign the contacts on an account to another owner
I accidentally created hundreds of contacts in my name (I am the sales assistant). I meant to give them to the account owners so that they could use them.
It would be nice if Matrix could allow me to change the contact owner to another user in instances like this. My only option appears to be deleting the existing contact and recreating the contacts with the correct owner set in the dropdown.
3 votesWe plan to address issues with how contacts are managed within our newest product, Monarch, in the near future. If done right, it should eliminate the idea of a contact owner and put more focus on the company that the person works for as well as provide more up-to-date / accurrate contact info.

Add a "Difference" column to Churning Report
I would like to see the difference between what we have pending this year and what we booked last year for our churn accounts. I also want to be able to sort by the "Difference" column to easily find where the biggest losses due to churn are occurring.

I would like it if activities could suggest a next step like creating/updating a deal upon closing
When I close a deal, in order to follow the natural sales cycle workflow, I would like Matrix to ask something like "would you like to create or update a deal based upon the outcome of this activity?" and I can then choose to create, update, or ignore this recommendation.
3 votesThis is something we’re looking into for future CRM enhancements. If we could suggest next steps for you, we feel the end user would be more likely to actually TAKE those next steps.

Send a Global Broadcast Message
Recently an Account merge was done where the new name was completely different than the original e.g. America's Best Contacts was merged into "National Vision, Inc". Only Corporate knew about this, and this caused several AE's to notify me that "America's Best Contacts" was missing.
It would be great if there was a "Broadcast Message" pod within Matrix that would list any "IMPORTANT" notices to all the Managers. Even have a bubble show, like it does for Lead Approval. Anything that would cause the Manager to view the notice.
3 votesThis sounds like a great case for our new Alert Engine! Imagine, if you will, having the ability to know when one of your Accounts was renamed, merged, or grouped in the last 7 days or so.
I’m going to pass this along to our development team for review to make sure that we plan for a case like this in our backlog of future development.

Category column - Accounts List

I have a great suggestion! I exported my list into excel alphabetically. I would like to sort it by "product category". That would be super helpful when I am looking for all of my tourism clients or home improvement clients, etc. Can you add that as a column?

Account "Priority" available as a reporting filter.
In Monarch you can add a priority to each account. However, priority is not a filter in the reports. Account priority should be available as both a hierarchy and a filter in reports where it makes sense.

you know that part up top where it says not quite there yet... your booked dollars need X$'s to meet budget? woudl be great to add a percentage of budget to it as well

Outlook to Matrix Calendar - help me help my managers
I understand that we can create an activity in Matrix and save to our outlook calendar, but I would love a way to go from Outlook > Martix. For example, we could BCC an appointment from Outlook to Matrix just like we can emails. Our managers need to be able to track our activities in Matrix, however it is a hassle for us to re-create all our outlook meetings to the matrix calendar for them to see. It's also a hassle to stop working, log into Matrix, create the appointment, save to outlook, THEN forward to our clients. Especially when…

Default filters for Sales Outlook
It would be great if there was a default filter option on the Sales Outlook so you could save a preference and click a button to go back to that preference at any time.

The Budget template should be able to be revised.
For example, if you chose the wrong rev type or anything - you should be able to go back and change it. You were able to do this in the old version.

Customize a Data Card to see only the persons (AEs, or Manager)
Select specific people on your team, and be able to customize a Data Card with the information needed only for that specific group of people.
