Matrix Locker - Deactivated Users Still Appear

Need an easy way to deactivate files and users from Matrix Locker. The files may need to remain after deactivation as a point of reference.

    At my level Mike Sherry should be able to delete someone from the Locker. We still have former employees that are still listed. Ones that haven’t been with Forever for four or five years.
