  2. Add 'download to my calendar' button to the Activity when using the “Schedule a Follow Up” button. Either that or remove the button

    Add 'download to my calendar' button to the Activity when using the “Schedule a Follow Up” button. Either that or remove the button.

    This is either a oversight or a very bad idea to not include the ability to add the activity to Outlook automatically. "Schedule a Follow Up" is a big friendly button placed right below the "+Add" button and yet if you use the former button you won't auto-add the activity to Outlook. It's therefore easy to miss a booked appointment.

  4. Exporting Forecast Report Subtotals are confusing

    This is confusing>>
    The duplicated rows is actually the subtotal from the item above it. So in the export you can simply collapse the last hierarchy on the Outlet so that your'e viewing the Account level. You'll see the same numbers now show for the Account. Expand it back out again and you'll see "duplicate" rows. This is because the expansion happens between the Name and the Subtotals and shifts the subtotal to the bottom.

  5. Search Deals by Tags

    It would be useful to be able to run deals/pending against a tag, so we can see how much is pitched/pending against a specific initiative.

  6. Show client name on activity screen in mobile app

    I'd like to be able to see the clients I have activities for, not just he title I have given the activity. I end up with a long list of "June booking" and have to select and back out of a lot of these to find the right one. If I add the client name to the activity, as a work-around, then my desktop looks cluttered.

  7. Want to be able to add Deal's note on mobile

    Is there a plan in the works for you guys to make Deal's note available to view or add through mobile?
    This is supposed to be a mobile friendly version but the way it works now, I have to physically click through 200+ accounts daily to get that info if needed.
    Am I the only one who is concerned about this?

  8. Dollars Asked to Dollars Closed

    I want to know how much money my sales team is asking for compared to how much money is actually closed. This means I want a non reconciled amount on any given day of the deal's life compared to booked.

  9. lock a budget by sales person and station

    this would provide me with more flexibility as some markets may have their budgets in sooner than others or just want to prevent changes from particular markets

  10. it would be AMAZING if we could chose our own default date on the estimated closing date in the deal process.

    because we are judged internally by the # of deals we put in each day- not necessarily when they will close- it would be great to be able to set my own default date on estimated close date- to the current date. or have a drop down of options- todays date, 30 days, 60 days...or enter your own

  11. I want to be the first in the door when an advertiser wants to spend so I need to know when dollars came in historically

    Let's say that I have Abe's Motors as one of my Accounts. They spent with me in April of 2016. I may have forgotten about that, but I'd like to know when Abe spent that money in April 2016 (maybe it was in February) because then I know that I should be reaching out to Abe's Motors no later than that date in order to get more of the money before a competitor steals it away.

    I'd like to know the following...
    Week that the dollars came in last year
    Dollars Pitched
    Final Dollars Booked
    Account Name

  14. Budget by Group

    I would like to enter the budget $ by group ( etc. revenue group). This feature used to be available in MatrixPlus. However, it isn't available anymore in Matrix. Our station enter the budget by revenue group such as "Digital Interactive". We don't split the revenue type into "“DI-Revenue Agency” and “DI-Revenue Direct”. Without having "Budget by Group" available, it is very difficult for our station to enter the budget.

  15. Change the TY Pacing As Of Date

    In our business we need to view weekly pacing differences. Currently, this is not possible because you are unable to modify the TY As Of date, only the Change Since date...and I cannot understand why this is?

    There really is no value in showing a cumulative $ amount based on the Change Since date to the most current TY As Of date vs. controlling the two dates - this adds more value, and makes it much easier to work with.

    I know there are others that have asked about this, and adoption only comes when there is value given.

  16. Unassigned Accounts- View information

    It would be helpful if the AE had access to view the Revenue History in accounts Unassigned on the Account List. This would make it more useful to them to determine if an unassigned account was worth calling on.

    We’re working on a new feature that will enhance the way “shared accounts” work but one of the end results will allow all salespeople to see this kind of information on accounts like this that they do not own.

    Stay tuned. We’re hoping to get this out this year and are currently in the design phase of the feature.

  17. Reassign and Merge on the same page

    It would be very efficient if filtering, account reassignment and merging could be done on the same page. Currently we need to filter the account list by an AE, and see if there are any dups. If there some, need to download this list to Excel, print it, and then go to a different page in order to merge....what a waste of time!

    Hope this makes sense, and I am sure other customers would love have this functionality as well. Please contact me if you want to discuss this further as the able is a weekly task I do not…

  18. AE Activity Threshold in Alert Center

    The options for AE Activity Threshold are This week, Last week and This Month. It would be great to have a NEXT WEEK option. This would be for things like meetings, which primarily need to be set the week before. It would be great to have that as a critical warning to remind me that perhaps my cold call isnt working and I need to seek other options to make sure my meetings are up to snuff fo rthe following week. thanks!

  19. Most contacted pod does not include Agency Contacts

    When we have an agency contact attached to an account, and they have activities attached, the "Most Contacted" pod does not show the contact name. Only the Account Contacts with activities.

    Can someone explain why this is, especially when we do a lot of Agency business.

  20. Reassign the office on a deal when the account's office is reassigned

    We reassigned many accounts to another office recently. After running the Forecasting report I noticed that it was off. Turned out that the offices on the deals do not update under this workflow. I'd like for the office on any open deals to change to the affiliated account's new office when performing an office reassignment on an account.
