    My idea is for preferences...Here at KETV, we have 5 platforms with 4 different codes. Currently, I have all of my options set up as preferences. However, it's so much to view that we lose sight of the top of the page and don't know what month we're working on anymore (see screenshot for a current deal i have pending).   2. You should have a feature which updates the new year with all the prior year's deals.

    I am going to put in all my deals for 2022 for all my active accounts. This way my manager and I will have a better grasp on what is coming in, what can be expected and better insight into pending. This means I am going to take each month of 2021 and type it into 2022. I know you have a feature that copies the same amount into each month. But many of my accounts, especially the large hospitals, auto dealers, state government, -- have different amounts in each month. I have to spend a lot of time to…

  4. Forecast revenue

    We need to be able to see the next year's billing by outlet under Revenue Comparison on the Deal pages. For example while it is Dec'20 I have already booked a good deal of orders for 2021 and while I am looking at a 1Q'21 Deal that I have forecasted I don't have the ability to see anything booked beyond 2020 in the Revenue Comparison portion at the bottom of the screen. This requires me to open another window of the application, run a Forecast Report and toggle between the two in order to see if the money has hit…

    We are going to work on a view that lets you enter your pending by Quarter. Reconciliation will still reconcile by month, but will then sum into the quarter so you can see what's remaining for a quarter or by month depending on the view you choose on each deal.

  8. Be able to add the run dates for Deals

    It would be great to see the exact flight dates for the pending deals entered. This will help management price and update rate cards.

  10. Ability to Select Deal Timeframe - So it doesn't default to current month

    In Monarch, have the ability to set the default time frame up front when creating deal so it isn't defaulted to the current month. Right now I have to select the arrow to drop down the time frame and adjust it every time, which takes time when I want to create deals for future months.

    Add more than 12 months to deal time frame on deal and on deal preferences. It's December 2019, if I setup a deal for 12 months it's only taking me to November 2020.

    Include estimated close date on the Deals Pipeline. In Monarch, you can't see the estimated close date without clicking on the (i). Eliminate the clicking and show the estimated deal close date so it's in view.

  14. Ability to add different weights to deal lines

    Sellers at our company have access to multiple markets and outlets. We would like to have different weighting options next to the Outlet on the deal lines. Right now, we have to create multiple deals if we want to weight Outlet ABC differently than Outlet DEF.

  16. Want to be able to add Deal's note on mobile

    Is there a plan in the works for you guys to make Deal's note available to view or add through mobile?
    This is supposed to be a mobile friendly version but the way it works now, I have to physically click through 200+ accounts daily to get that info if needed.
    Am I the only one who is concerned about this?

    I want to know how much money my sales team is asking for compared to how much money is actually closed. This means I want a non reconciled amount on any given day of the deal's life compared to booked.

  19. Reassign the office on a deal when the account's office is reassigned

    We reassigned many accounts to another office recently. After running the Forecasting report I noticed that it was off. Turned out that the offices on the deals do not update under this workflow. I'd like for the office on any open deals to change to the affiliated account's new office when performing an office reassignment on an account.

  20. Scheduled 'lock-out' times to exclude Deal revision

    Wide Orbit import occurs overnight each night and only that one time each day. Corporate uses Matrix for forecasting each Friday. Because AE pending rarely reflects what we want to forecast for corporate, we add a forecast 'fudge' amount to make the overall PJ correct. If AEs revise/add deals on Fridays, the Matrix PJ will no longer be accurate.
    It would be great if we could restrict access to deals for AEs on Fridays.
