Be able to share a list that an AE or another Manager created in List Builder to other users. My AE's are creating lists in List Builder and I'm not able to see them as a Manager or run a report by these lists.9 votes
Stephanie Lundberg (Nexstar MGR) reached out and mentioned that it would be a great for AE's to be able to filter the Master Account List. Only managers are able to filter the Master List, and it would be great if AEs can do this even if just for the Placeholder Sellers.
In the past, I have also heard from other AE's who would only like to see the accounts assigned to specific placeholders so they know which accounts are available to claim more easily. Currently, they need to sort the list by seller to see these accounts grouped.4 votes

We need to be able to see the next year's billing by outlet under Revenue Comparison on the Deal pages. For example while it is Dec'20 I have already booked a good deal of orders for 2021 and while I am looking at a 1Q'21 Deal that I have forecasted I don't have the ability to see anything booked beyond 2020 in the Revenue Comparison portion at the bottom of the screen. This requires me to open another window of the application, run a Forecast Report and toggle between the two in order to see if the money has hit the 2021 books. Very inconvenient and has already led to double pending issues.
Side Note but related: Would also help to have rows in Pending Dollars match the order of the rows in Revenue Comparison so that you don't have to search all over the page to match them up. Previous version had corresponding rows and scrolled both windows in parallel which was very convenient.

Mobile data consumption is a high cost in LATAM and certain low-coverage regions, consider an approach where the mobile experience can be used offline, with the ability to update/upload when data services are available2 votes

It would be awesome when going under the revenue report to be able to save the sales outlook as an excel or pdf, either would work. I am an assistant, and being able to send my account executive their sales outlook information while they are on the road would be useful.1 vote

Ability to copy exact pending dollars from one deal row to another
Ex: Copy $10,000 , $10,000 & $15,000 pending dollars from deal row 1 and include those same pending dollar values in deal rows 2 & 31 vote

Customer's can be associated with multiple accounts. Today in the system you can only associate a contact with one account. Allow the ability to associate contact will multiple accounts to prevent contacts from being added multiple times.13 votes

Can we get client address added to CONTACT area in Activity, so we can copy and paste into LOCATION when setting an appointment? This would make it easier when locating the address needed for that activity.1 vote
I’m wondering if we had better quick options on the Location if that might be useful?
1. Set Location to Account Address
2. Set Location to Agency Address
3. Set Location to Contact Address
4. User Specified Address (as it is today)
This assumes you have an Account, Agency, and Contact attached tot he activity but they aren’t required and you couldn’t use those options if they didn’t exist.
What are your thoughts on this as a workflow?
Deal reconciliation for Quarter Ex: Reconciling $45,000 for Q4 2020 rather than reconciliation each individual month of $10,000 for October, $15,000 for November and $20,000 for December1 vote
We are going to work on a view that lets you enter your pending by Quarter. Reconciliation will still reconcile by month, but will then sum into the quarter so you can see what's remaining for a quarter or by month depending on the view you choose on each deal.
