I want to add multiple accounts to a single activity
For a meeting with an Agency in which there are multiple people and multiple accounts, can there be a way to indicate which accounts are represented in one meeting?

Change the TY Pacing As Of Date
In our business we need to view weekly pacing differences. Currently, this is not possible because you are unable to modify the TY As Of date, only the Change Since date...and I cannot understand why this is?
There really is no value in showing a cumulative $ amount based on the Change Since date to the most current TY As Of date vs. controlling the two dates - this adds more value, and makes it much easier to work with.
I know there are others that have asked about this, and adoption only comes when there is value given.

Edit accounts from account list
You should be able to edit accounts from the account list just like you can do with contacts.

add columns to forecast change report
You have a Forecast $/% Difference columns. Add in the differences for Booked and Pending individually as well so that it's not all summed up into one Forecast column.

matrix locker
I want to be able to drag files on top of the Matrix locker window to have them upload. eg. in the Deal management, click on the Matrix locker tab, drag my file into the Matrix locker space, it uploads.

Espresso Shot include weekly total activities
Would it be possible to add the weekly total number of activities entered into an AE’s Daily Espresso Shot? It might be a good way to give AEs a look at how they are doing on activities. Particularly if there are KPIs against activity levels.

Add a new Security Group
Create a new Security Group that is able to perform the following:
1. Bulk Edit access for category clean up
2. Bulk edit access for revenue types clean ups
3. Advertiser unmerging access
4. Agency maintenance access
4.1. Agency re-name
4.2. Agency merging
4.3. Agency unmerging
5. Brand maintenance
5.1. visibility to list of brands
5.2. Merging the brands

Primary Contacts
I wish we would be able to designate a "primary" contact When you work with a business or agency, you can have multiple contacts. But it would be nice to designate the primary contact. This would benefit not only a sales rep, but a sales manager who may want to send an email, letter, etc to the primary contact.

80/20 Report
In the old Matrix, one could easily tag/flag accounts with a particular Priority when running the Ranking report. In the new Matrix this ability does not exist, and I spend an exorbitant amount of time on a weekly basis combing through each AE's list of Accounts to see what accounts need their Account Priority changed.
I know this is not the first time you have heard of this request, and having the ability to quickly assign an Account Priority while on the Ranking report, provides incredible value to your software.

We want to automatically prioritize Accounts based upon criteria (at least for those that are billing accounts).
That way you’re not spending a huge amount of time flagging each account yourself. If you tell us that a Key account brings in > $20,000 a year then we’ll tag them all for you that way.
When we get closer to actually working on this, I’d like to reach out to you for further defining the process. Particularly around prospects, how it might feel if priorities automatically changed over time based upon spending changes, and what cases there might be to override an auto assignment (if any).

We are working on a new reporting engine that should allow us to view dollars by month and quarterly amounts. Moving into review in order to make this more visible as a candidate.

auto calculation of % for forecasting
I wish there was a auto calculation based on last year revenue that you could input that would automatically fill in the dollar amount for forecasting. For example if Last July you wanted to forecast up 10% you could check a box for autocalculation and fill in the % and it would update all months using last year revenue as a guide. instead of manually doing it with your calculator and then typing it in

AE Activity Threshold in Alert Center
The options for AE Activity Threshold are This week, Last week and This Month. It would be great to have a NEXT WEEK option. This would be for things like meetings, which primarily need to be set the week before. It would be great to have that as a critical warning to remind me that perhaps my cold call isnt working and I need to seek other options to make sure my meetings are up to snuff fo rthe following week. thanks!

Alerts - AE Activity Threshold COMPLETED ACTIVITIES COUNT
I have set up several alerts to help me gauge my cold calls. One looks at the AE Activity Threshold for the CURRENT WEEK and the other looks at the AE Activity Threshold for LAST WEEK. My problem is that despite selecting "COMPLETED ACTIVITIES COUNT" the number registering in the alert is actually "COMPLETED AND SCHEDULED ACTIVITIES COUNT" or, in other words "COMPLETED AND INCOMPLETED ACTIVITIES". I only want to look at completed, having both is not a helpful number for either. The nature of cold calls being what they are, when I enter a new lead, I also enter…

3 votesWe are wrapping up budget related work and have opted to hold off on this particular feature temporarily. This is not saying that it will not be done, but we need to first get some Account/Agency architecture changes made before we can pull this type of data into the Account Profile.

Add an alert to prevent double booking activities
When booking a new activity in the activities tab, it gives you a drop down to choose the time. Could there be an alert if you've already scheduled an activity at that time?

add contact person name area to "add a prospect" window. Consider letting me add an Agency at the same time. Or add an Account when I add an Agency. Account/Agency/Contact would be useful to add all at the same time when I know them.
3 votesWhile prospecting, it makes sense to also add in the people you might know. I’m going to pass this along to our team for consideration in future Account changes that we are planning to do. I want to make sure that this is a candidate for development.

scheduled calls
when scheduling a call - imported into my calendar - when the calendar reminder comes up, there's not an automatic integration of the contact's phone number.
when on the road, that means, pulling up matrix, finding the account/contact and then calling - instead of simply opening the3 votesAdding this as a candidate for upcoming activity changes.

Most contacted pod does not include Agency Contacts
When we have an agency contact attached to an account, and they have activities attached, the "Most Contacted" pod does not show the contact name. Only the Account Contacts with activities.
Can someone explain why this is, especially when we do a lot of Agency business.
