Alerts - AE Activity Threshold COMPLETED ACTIVITIES COUNT
I have set up several alerts to help me gauge my cold calls. One looks at the AE Activity Threshold for the CURRENT WEEK and the other looks at the AE Activity Threshold for LAST WEEK. My problem is that despite selecting "COMPLETED ACTIVITIES COUNT" the number registering in the alert is actually "COMPLETED AND SCHEDULED ACTIVITIES COUNT" or, in other words "COMPLETED AND INCOMPLETED ACTIVITIES". I only want to look at completed, having both is not a helpful number for either. The nature of cold calls being what they are, when I enter a new lead, I also enter an activity and constantly work off of my activities. However, unless its a super hot lead, I might not get to the cold call activity on a specific day or even within a specific week. I need to be able to move them from day to day and week to week while at the same time seeing how many cold calls I've actually completed and striving to reach that number by the end of the week to fill my pipeline. If I've added a lot of leads, I might have casually added a cold call activity for this week. If I didn't get through my list of cold calls, my alert might pull in that I'm in the green, but in fact I'm very much in the red (like this week where my alert showed 43 cold calls -- in the orange -- when in fact I had made NINE -- very much should have been glaring at me from the red). Help please, this would be very useful for me!!!
