  1. Activities report

    The Deal Status Report was more in line with what I was looking at...would be awesome if this pending and or proposed amount could also show up in a column with the deal in the activities report so everything can roll up in on central look.

  2. Allow contacts to be associated with multiple accounts

    Customer's can be associated with multiple accounts. Today in the system you can only associate a contact with one account. Allow the ability to associate contact will multiple accounts to prevent contacts from being added multiple times.

  4. Add an area for Client Address when adding an Activity

    Can we get client address added to CONTACT area in Activity, so we can copy and paste into LOCATION when setting an appointment? This would make it easier when locating the address needed for that activity.

    I’m wondering if we had better quick options on the Location if that might be useful?

    For example…
    1. Set Location to Account Address
    2. Set Location to Agency Address
    3. Set Location to Contact Address
    4. User Specified Address (as it is today)

    This assumes you have an Account, Agency, and Contact attached tot he activity but they aren’t required and you couldn’t use those options if they didn’t exist.

    What are your thoughts on this as a workflow?

  5. Deal reconciliation for Quarter

    Deal reconciliation for Quarter Ex: Reconciling $45,000 for Q4 2020 rather than reconciliation each individual month of $10,000 for October, $15,000 for November and $20,000 for December

    We are going to work on a view that lets you enter your pending by Quarter. Reconciliation will still reconcile by month, but will then sum into the quarter so you can see what's remaining for a quarter or by month depending on the view you choose on each deal.

  6. The AE can request that an Account(s) to be reassigned from them

    It would be helpful if there was a way for an AE to submit an Account to be removed off of their Account List.

  7. Customize a Data Card to see only the persons (AEs, or Manager)

    Select specific people on your team, and be able to customize a Data Card with the information needed only for that specific group of people.

  8. Add Multiple Projects to an Activity

    Currently can only add one project to an activity. A seller might be pitching multiple at one time so it would be much easier to note that in a single activity than having to create duplicates.

  11. More than one phone number field needed

    We need more than one phone number field. I have many clients with multiple locations. But I can only list one and track activity easily. Replace the fax number field. Or make it optional. Also do not need a fax number. I find it difficult to use matrix activities for any client with more than one location.

  13. Allow a user to change their default email type for emails sent to Matrix for Activities

    When I bcc Matrix in my emails it shows up in my Activities as "EMAIL". The majority of my outgoing emails are in the prospecting sequence. Can I update that to just default to "3.Email" under Prospecting activity?

  16. Have the option to split an account Revenue and Budget between two AEs

    It would be great if there was a way to reassign an account so only some of the budget and revenue would be reassigned to a new AE. This would help split the account if the original AE is still with the station, and help to see more accurately the Budget and Revenue each of the AEs are actually responsible for.

  20. Have months displayed as columns in reports

    When viewing multiple months in a report, they are displayed as rows. It would be a great way to look at the report if the months were listed as columns.
