The same Agency is associated with four Accounts. When I see my Agencies list, just wanted to see it listed once, and not four times. Thank you.

Limit users to enter contact once. If Matrix recognizes that the email address or phone number has already been added, prevent users from adding the contact to eliminate duplicate contacts.

Allow for Multiple Accounts and or Agencies associated within Contact Profile

I discussed this with the requester and have enough information to understand why this is important now...

Here's a great example...

Auto Dealer groups...

Adam Smith Nissan
Adam Smith Honda
Adam Smith Ford
etc
etc

Probably some common contacts between those dealers making the buying decisions.

Could you provide a real world example of how this applies? I know of a contact at an Agency handling multiple accounts and within Matrix we can handle that scenario, but I'm not familiar with a contact working at multiple account locations.

It would be great to be able to copy contact information. Some contacts are the same for multiple businesses, and it would be much faster if we didn't have to fill out all of the information for each business.
