    Allow the ability to Mass Action Delete Prospect and Lead Accounts. Today you can only do it one account at a time by selecting the gear icon.

  2. Allow contacts to be associated with multiple accounts

    Limit users to enter contact once. If Matrix recognizes that the email address or phone number has already been added, prevent users from adding the contact to eliminate duplicate contacts.
