Add recurring events in Activities.
If we do the same activity each day, week or month on the same day and at the same time, we should be able to check a box, calendar or field to make it a recurring activity that appears in our Activity list. Therefore, we wouldn't have to enter the same activity over and over again. This idea is taken from Outlook calendar where you can schedule recurring events.

AE's and Managers need the ablity to export the chart associated with the report.
Currently when you export the report you only get the report data not the chart.

Options for Account List
In doing clean-up of the database, it would make it easier to see all of the duplicated accounts (like in the old Matrix we could pull in accounts listed 2+times) to easily reassign them if needed as well as merge duplicates myself without calling Matrix

I wish I was able to print out my upcoming deals, revenue, contacts, and activities for an account into an excel or pdf format.

Add the ability to MERGE duplicate contacts.
I added a contact that I had added previously -- instead of merely deleting, a better option would be to merge in case information is attached to one and not the other.

Share List Builder Lists
Be able to share a list that an AE or another Manager created in List Builder to other users. My AE's are creating lists in List Builder and I'm not able to see them as a Manager or run a report by these lists.

Account Prospects
It should not be allowed that an AE can add as a prospect an account that is already associated with another AE as a billing account in a market that I can sell.

As of Date Reporting
I would like to run reports on any historical date. For example in June, I may want to run a revenue report from January 1st to May 1st. I would also like additional options when utilzing the YTD functionality within the Pacing Report

Ability to mass delete prospects and leads
When trying to clean up my account list, I would like to be able to select multiple items and delete them all at once.

Have a report that will breakout the weighted forecasts under what percentages they are applied to the forecast
I would like to see what forecasts are under each percentage that is applied to them. So, I can see all of the accounts and the pending amounts that are at 50%, 75%, etc.

Allow the end user to change the type of an account.
If the account hasn't billed since 2010, I don't really want to classify the account as a billing account. Rather it needs to be worked as a prospect.
This will allow the managers to get an accurate count of billing accounts vs. claimed accounts on the AE's account list.5 votes -
Display All Salespeople on My Team on Salesperson Filter on Account List
Stephanie Lundberg (Nexstar MGR) reached out and mentioned that it would be a great for AE's to be able to filter the Master Account List. Only managers are able to filter the Master List, and it would be great if AEs can do this even if just for the Placeholder Sellers.
In the past, I have also heard from other AE's who would only like to see the accounts assigned to specific placeholders so they know which accounts are available to claim more easily. Currently, they need to sort the list by seller to see these accounts grouped.

Change Last Billed label in Account List
Change the label on Last Billed to be Last Billed/Created or something. It's confusing to have a last billed date for prospects & leads.

Shared Accounts
We need to have a way for a account that is shared by 2 AE's to pull through from Wide Orbit with the percentage split that each has on the account. We have a 50/50 split for 2 AE's who will each be commissioned on half the billing. In order for their revenue as it relates to their budget to be accurate, we need to see those numbers with the proper percentages connected to each AE.
4 votesThis is where we need your help in asking Wide Orbit to change the way that they provide data to us. Currently they do not send us the secondary AE so we have no way of knowing that something is split within Traffic once it gets to Matrix.
If Wide Orbit could split the order on the extract that we get into 2 lines with the dollars calculated per your split percentage, then it would be absolutely no problem for us to make this happen..in fact it would just happen without needing any changes from Matrix.

Add the ability to export "notes" associated with contacts.
I would like to be able to keep detailed Notes about my contacts in Matrix and export those notes at anytime.

Need a way to show accounts billed or created between specific dates
I need a way to view accounts with billing from the earliest date available until 13 months ago. This report is for our Account Draft where we reassign accounts that haven’t had any billing for 13 months or more (if billed in the past). It would also be nice to see prospects and leads created between dates for similar purposes.

Report Totals Should be Included in the "Roll up Results By" option
When I run a report, like the Forecast Report, and i choose to run Month +2 roll up by month, then each of my items will display by month for the current month + next 2 months.
I need my total row to do the same thing. Currently it only displays a single total row for all months like the Lump Sum view.

show contact information on the account list
It would be GREAT to see any contact information/phone number/address for any open account...especially as we move accounts with no activity to open all the time. If another AE has done the work to find the contact, then it would be awesome for everyone to be able to see it.

3 votesWe are wrapping up budget related work and have opted to hold off on this particular feature temporarily. This is not saying that it will not be done, but we need to first get some Account/Agency architecture changes made before we can pull this type of data into the Account Profile.
