It should not be allowed that an AE can add as a prospect an account that is already associated with another AE as a billing account in a market that I can sell.
Moving this up in priority for visibility as a candidate for future development.

Different naming conventions could also create cause confusion here as well. What if the request to add the account went to market LSMs for approval before finalizing?

When creating a new prospect with an existing, or already existing merge name, the system should show a message to let the user know the account already exists or has been merged to XYZ account.

This would be such a huge efficiency for us. We have assistants checking overtime an account is added.

When we receive prospects for approval we are not able to see if the account is being worked by another AE unless we open another screen and search accounts. This has let to prospects being approved in the system under multiple AE's. This causes problems for us. If there was a way to search from the prospect approval or if it alerted us somehow that the account was already being worked. It could also have a alert for the AE that says "this account is already being worked".
