Include Traffic ID on User List
It would be helpful to display the traffic ID in the Users list and in the export for doing maintenance and auditing.

Change Last Billed label in Account List
Change the label on Last Billed to be Last Billed/Created or something. It's confusing to have a last billed date for prospects & leads.

Allow mobile site to access camera so I can immediately snap a photo for matrix locker
Like the evernote feature (I use evernote a lot) to take a picture and automatically sync it to your notes or an account.

I would like a way to reassign the contacts on an account to another owner
I accidentally created hundreds of contacts in my name (I am the sales assistant). I meant to give them to the account owners so that they could use them.
It would be nice if Matrix could allow me to change the contact owner to another user in instances like this. My only option appears to be deleting the existing contact and recreating the contacts with the correct owner set in the dropdown.
3 votesWe plan to address issues with how contacts are managed within our newest product, Monarch, in the near future. If done right, it should eliminate the idea of a contact owner and put more focus on the company that the person works for as well as provide more up-to-date / accurrate contact info.

Shared Accounts
We need to have a way for a account that is shared by 2 AE's to pull through from Wide Orbit with the percentage split that each has on the account. We have a 50/50 split for 2 AE's who will each be commissioned on half the billing. In order for their revenue as it relates to their budget to be accurate, we need to see those numbers with the proper percentages connected to each AE.
4 votesThis is where we need your help in asking Wide Orbit to change the way that they provide data to us. Currently they do not send us the secondary AE so we have no way of knowing that something is split within Traffic once it gets to Matrix.
If Wide Orbit could split the order on the extract that we get into 2 lines with the dollars calculated per your split percentage, then it would be absolutely no problem for us to make this happen..in fact it would just happen without needing any changes from Matrix.

Give us the ability to reassign Custom 1 and Custom 2 as we can reassign Cateogries and Rev Types.
In our database, Revenue Code 2 is mapped to Custom 2. It would be very helpful if I could reassign incorrectly entered Rev Code 2s so my revenue figures would be correct when pulling a report based on Custom 2 in Matrix.

Account Type should be a Hierarchy in reporting
I know my AE's are calling on their billing accounts. I want to be able to see how many activities are against the prospect accounts or how pending shakes out between prospect and billing accounts.

Account Prospects
It should not be allowed that an AE can add as a prospect an account that is already associated with another AE as a billing account in a market that I can sell.

Have a report that will breakout the weighted forecasts under what percentages they are applied to the forecast
I would like to see what forecasts are under each percentage that is applied to them. So, I can see all of the accounts and the pending amounts that are at 50%, 75%, etc.

Auto format a phone number
When adding a contact, can you auto format a number? If I add a number to Outlook, all I need to do is enter the 10 digits, hit enter or tab forward, and the software automatically formats the number with parenthesese and dash.

Display activity notes on account profile better
it would be really helpful to be able to read all of the activity notes quickly, When calling a client back it takes time to have to open each note separately.

Expand global search to include notes, phone numbers, and emails
It would be amazing if the search bar could find notes on an Account, Agency, or Contact. Also the notes on an activity as well. I often put in notes and remember a key word or phrase i used with a client but not the specific person or business i worked with and need to find them.
My desk also has a lot of sticky notes with phone numbers and emails on them and i can't read the name. I want to search for phone number or email to make sure I can throw the note away and stop trying…

Add a "Difference" column to Churning Report
I would like to see the difference between what we have pending this year and what we booked last year for our churn accounts. I also want to be able to sort by the "Difference" column to easily find where the biggest losses due to churn are occurring.

Add the ability to MERGE duplicate contacts.
I added a contact that I had added previously -- instead of merely deleting, a better option would be to merge in case information is attached to one and not the other.

I would like it if activities could suggest a next step like creating/updating a deal upon closing
When I close a deal, in order to follow the natural sales cycle workflow, I would like Matrix to ask something like "would you like to create or update a deal based upon the outcome of this activity?" and I can then choose to create, update, or ignore this recommendation.
3 votesThis is something we’re looking into for future CRM enhancements. If we could suggest next steps for you, we feel the end user would be more likely to actually TAKE those next steps.

Send a Global Broadcast Message
Recently an Account merge was done where the new name was completely different than the original e.g. America's Best Contacts was merged into "National Vision, Inc". Only Corporate knew about this, and this caused several AE's to notify me that "America's Best Contacts" was missing.
It would be great if there was a "Broadcast Message" pod within Matrix that would list any "IMPORTANT" notices to all the Managers. Even have a bubble show, like it does for Lead Approval. Anything that would cause the Manager to view the notice.
3 votesThis sounds like a great case for our new Alert Engine! Imagine, if you will, having the ability to know when one of your Accounts was renamed, merged, or grouped in the last 7 days or so.
I’m going to pass this along to our development team for review to make sure that we plan for a case like this in our backlog of future development.

We’re working on an update to our Alert Center Engine and in conjunction with a new UI that’s being developed I feel confident that we could put something together to help you answer a question like…
“Show me accounts where thy will no longer be considered new next month and are considered new this month.”
Might sound a little programmatic but I can’t wait to build something like this in order to provide value to customers like you!

Would like to be able to schedule an appointment that spans more than one day
I have to go to a seminar or trade show that is more than one day. I would like to be able to create one activity that spans multiple days.
