Tag Rules Engine
I tag zero share prospects. If $$$$ are added, or there’s been activity, I’d love to see that tag removed as it no longer fits the workflow that I am trying to achieve.
If I could setup some scenarios and Monarch could auto-tag for me, then I'd love to use those scenarios as filters on my reports.

Notes transfer across to all accounts
As a manager it would be helpful if there was a a way to add notes to an account that has multiple AE's and have those notes transfer across to all? We have a split sales team here and that would be a huge help for me to create a note that transfers across to all AE's accounts.

All of our accounts need priorities. I'd like a way to set them easier.

Incomplete activities listed in descending order for Mobile
It is very frustrating to scroll down through my list of activities on Mobile to get to my most current activity.
I should not be penalized for a lack of functionality when i have fallen behind on completing my activities. Seriously, how hard is it to sort the Due Date of Incomplete Activities?
Please fix this!

List Accounts without Contacts
Currently no report or list exists that will show me what Accounts do not have contacts. I contacted the Matrix help desk, and they stated I will need to download an AE's Account list, as well as, the entire contact list, and then cross reference them in order to get this information.
Are you kidding me? This will take too much time, time that I do not have.
I know I am not the only customer complaining about this, and it really should be a standard feature already built into Matrix.

1) We have a way to get this information today. It’s a tool that our Success Managers at Matrix utilize to help customers like you better understand how the system is being utilized. When our success managers check in with you, I encourage you to set up a plan with them that helps increase the usage of Matrix with your sales team! Also, one of our support reps will be sending a copy of this export to you that shows if an account has a contact or not among many other interesting tidbits about your accounts at a quick glance.

Budget by Group
I would like to enter the budget $ by group ( etc. revenue group). This feature used to be available in MatrixPlus. However, it isn't available anymore in Matrix. Our station enter the budget by revenue group such as "Digital Interactive". We don't split the revenue type into "“DI-Revenue Agency” and “DI-Revenue Direct”. Without having "Budget by Group" available, it is very difficult for our station to enter the budget.

Example - There is a 12 month Deal, need to change this into 4 small Deals Q1, Q2, etc...

Mgr have an Option to receive an AE Espresso Shot if managing Accounts
user in Matrix that is set-up as a manager, but she would like to have a salesperson expresso shot and not a managers Expresso Shot.

I want to add multiple accounts to a single activity
For a meeting with an Agency in which there are multiple people and multiple accounts, can there be a way to indicate which accounts are represented in one meeting?

Change the TY Pacing As Of Date
In our business we need to view weekly pacing differences. Currently, this is not possible because you are unable to modify the TY As Of date, only the Change Since date...and I cannot understand why this is?
There really is no value in showing a cumulative $ amount based on the Change Since date to the most current TY As Of date vs. controlling the two dates - this adds more value, and makes it much easier to work with.
I know there are others that have asked about this, and adoption only comes when there is value given.

Edit accounts from account list
You should be able to edit accounts from the account list just like you can do with contacts.

add columns to forecast change report
You have a Forecast $/% Difference columns. Add in the differences for Booked and Pending individually as well so that it's not all summed up into one Forecast column.

matrix locker
I want to be able to drag files on top of the Matrix locker window to have them upload. eg. in the Deal management, click on the Matrix locker tab, drag my file into the Matrix locker space, it uploads.

Espresso Shot include weekly total activities
Would it be possible to add the weekly total number of activities entered into an AE’s Daily Espresso Shot? It might be a good way to give AEs a look at how they are doing on activities. Particularly if there are KPIs against activity levels.

Add a new Security Group
Create a new Security Group that is able to perform the following:
1. Bulk Edit access for category clean up
2. Bulk edit access for revenue types clean ups
3. Advertiser unmerging access
4. Agency maintenance access

Primary Contacts
I wish we would be able to designate a "primary" contact When you work with a business or agency, you can have multiple contacts. But it would be nice to designate the primary contact. This would benefit not only a sales rep, but a sales manager who may want to send an email, letter, etc to the primary contact.

80/20 Report
In the old Matrix, one could easily tag/flag accounts with a particular Priority when running the Ranking report. In the new Matrix this ability does not exist, and I spend an exorbitant amount of time on a weekly basis combing through each AE's list of Accounts to see what accounts need their Account Priority changed.
I know this is not the first time you have heard of this request, and having the ability to quickly assign an Account Priority while on the Ranking report, provides incredible value to your software.

We want to automatically prioritize Accounts based upon criteria (at least for those that are billing accounts).
That way you’re not spending a huge amount of time flagging each account yourself. If you tell us that a Key account brings in > $20,000 a year then we’ll tag them all for you that way.
When we get closer to actually working on this, I’d like to reach out to you for further defining the process. Particularly around prospects, how it might feel if priorities automatically changed over time based upon spending changes, and what cases there might be to override an auto assignment (if any).
