Add Facebook as an Integration
Can we please have Facebook as an Integration? Most of our clients utilize Facebook, not Twitter or LinkedIn.

Sales Alerts to compare revenue of this year to last year
I'd like to see an alert similar to the forecast over budget, but that was based on last years sales. So something I can set for myself that is at 10% over last years sales or something like that.

Customize what information is required in order to submit a Lead for approval
We struggled with this on Efficio…we would like to make them include minimally an address and phone# or email and phone# but there is nothing on this account.

Make Mobile easier to navigate
It is very challenging to add activities and contacts in Mobile. Too many clicks, scrolling, etc. Need this area to be more steamlined

Prevent entering Pending back in time
It would be great if Matrix did not allow me to enter historical Pending. I just entered a bunch of Pending for the previous year, thinking it was for next year because I only changed the Month value and not the year as well.
As a result, I had to re-enter my pending because I moved the time frame forward.

MailChimp Import Fields
Currently Matrix only imports First Name, Last Name and Email Address into MailChimp. We need more fields to import into MailChimp, so we can create segments of our Master List within MailChimp i.e. by Sales Person, State, Zip, etc..

Salespeople want to be able to rename their accounts
If a sales rep can 'enter' new biz account name, then they should be able to change that name if it is not owned by any other salespeople.
1 voteThere’s a technical reason right now why we do not allow the name change, but this is a candidate for future improvement. Moving this up for more visibility to our product development team.

I want a better way to view deals when looking at my Activity Calendar
When I clicked on a Deal on the Calendar page, the Calendar page got replaced by Deal Manager page. It would be nice if the Calendar page stayed open when accessing the deal on the Calendar page. There is no option to use right - click -> "open link in the new tab" on this Calendar page either.
This is extremely important to me because I set up the filters to view activities for a certain AE. When I click on the deal, the page will get replaced by Deal management. I then go back tot he Activities calendar and…

Forecast Change Report - Date Range
I can pick the change since date. I'd like to pick the end date as well instead of it always being today.

I want to win or lose specific dollars on a deal
Right now i win or lose a deal. I'd like to win or lose a specific dollar amount for a given month for a given Outlet/Revenue Type. Any cell, for a lack of a better term, could be won or lost if I wanted to.

add "time" to the daily import date
When I select the import date from the lower left, it tells me the revenue source and the date. I'd like to know the time that the import finished as well, and I understand that does not mean that the file was generated at that time.
1 voteThis may be something that we can address with future API calls instead of importing from exported files provided to us from traffic systems.
To date, we do not receive the time of day that a file was generated, only the day.

auto upload of email and address for meetings
When sending a calendar invite to a client, the address of the client should auto populate into the address line of the invite in outlook. Currently it's a manual add which takes a lot of time. It would be nice if the email did as well but if you have multiple contacts I can see where this would be an issue because you would need to delete what auto populates but it would still be helpful.

Tag Rules Engine
I tag zero share prospects. If $$$$ are added, or there’s been activity, I’d love to see that tag removed as it no longer fits the workflow that I am trying to achieve.
If I could setup some scenarios and Monarch could auto-tag for me, then I'd love to use those scenarios as filters on my reports.

Notes transfer across to all accounts
As a manager it would be helpful if there was a a way to add notes to an account that has multiple AE's and have those notes transfer across to all? We have a split sales team here and that would be a huge help for me to create a note that transfers across to all AE's accounts.

Incomplete activities listed in descending order for Mobile
It is very frustrating to scroll down through my list of activities on Mobile to get to my most current activity.
I should not be penalized for a lack of functionality when i have fallen behind on completing my activities. Seriously, how hard is it to sort the Due Date of Incomplete Activities?
Please fix this!

List Accounts without Contacts
Currently no report or list exists that will show me what Accounts do not have contacts. I contacted the Matrix help desk, and they stated I will need to download an AE's Account list, as well as, the entire contact list, and then cross reference them in order to get this information.
Are you kidding me? This will take too much time, time that I do not have.
I know I am not the only customer complaining about this, and it really should be a standard feature already built into Matrix.

1) We have a way to get this information today. It’s a tool that our Success Managers at Matrix utilize to help customers like you better understand how the system is being utilized. When our success managers check in with you, I encourage you to set up a plan with them that helps increase the usage of Matrix with your sales team! Also, one of our support reps will be sending a copy of this export to you that shows if an account has a contact or not among many other interesting tidbits about your accounts at a quick glance.

Mgr have an Option to receive an AE Espresso Shot if managing Accounts
user in Matrix that is set-up as a manager, but she would like to have a salesperson expresso shot and not a managers Expresso Shot.
