  1. Adding Outlet Field To Activities form - Matrix Mobile

    In the Desktop Version - The system allows the users to select the outlet when creating the activities. Yet, under mobile - The field Outlet is missing.

    Heartland will like to create activities through the mobile app and be able to select the associated outlet.

  3. Allowing to automatically Zero out or Undo mistakes on budgets

    Issue: if the user makes a mistake when using the fill out budgets automatically, there is not a way to undo or zero out the incorrect numbers.
    Request: It will be beneficial and less time consuming if we could allow the system to zero out or undo current changes when filling out budgets, or at least to be able to export the data, make the corrections and then import them back in.

  4. Adding an option to add or removed columns for the Sales Outlook view under home page

    I suggest the adding the option in the profile of being able to delete columns in the sales outlook - it's TMI for me and AE's have told me so, too...the middle 5 columns are fine by themselves...

    It would be useful to be able to run deals/pending against a tag, so we can see how much is pitched/pending against a specific initiative.

  6. Show client name on activity screen in mobile app

    I'd like to be able to see the clients I have activities for, not just he title I have given the activity. I end up with a long list of "June booking" and have to select and back out of a lot of these to find the right one. If I add the client name to the activity, as a work-around, then my desktop looks cluttered.

  7. Want to be able to add Deal's note on mobile

    Is there a plan in the works for you guys to make Deal's note available to view or add through mobile?
    This is supposed to be a mobile friendly version but the way it works now, I have to physically click through 200+ accounts daily to get that info if needed.
    Am I the only one who is concerned about this?

  8. Dollars Asked to Dollars Closed

    I want to know how much money my sales team is asking for compared to how much money is actually closed. This means I want a non reconciled amount on any given day of the deal's life compared to booked.

  9. lock a budget by sales person and station

  11. Sales Alerts to compare revenue of this year to last year

    I'd like to see an alert similar to the forecast over budget, but that was based on last years sales. So something I can set for myself that is at 10% over last years sales or something like that.

  13. Customize what information is required in order to submit a Lead for approval

    We struggled with this on Efficio…we would like to make them include minimally an address and phone# or email and phone# but there is nothing on this account.

  17. Prevent entering Pending back in time

    It would be great if Matrix did not allow me to enter historical Pending. I just entered a bunch of Pending for the previous year, thinking it was for next year because I only changed the Month value and not the year as well.

    As a result, I had to re-enter my pending because I moved the time frame forward.

  18. Account List Filters should be sticky

    Although one of the other SAs has "Leads" checked under Type in Accounts filters, I do not and I have to change it every time I go in, which is rather annoying.

    We are planning to handle this as part of a large Account and Agency undertaking this winter!

    I will update this request as more information comes to light. We’re very excited to take on a bunch of these little changes like that as we know that it makes a big impact on all of you.

  19. MailChimp Import Fields

    Currently Matrix only imports First Name, Last Name and Email Address into MailChimp. We need more fields to import into MailChimp, so we can create segments of our Master List within MailChimp i.e. by Sales Person, State, Zip, etc..

  20. it would be AMAZING if we could chose our own default date on the estimated closing date in the deal process.

    because we are judged internally by the # of deals we put in each day- not necessarily when they will close- it would be great to be able to set my own default date on estimated close date- to the current date. or have a drop down of options- todays date, 30 days, 60 days...or enter your own
