  1. When editing a User, it is not not clear how to change the role

    I just worked with Matrix Support on how to change the role of an existing Matrix user, and did take me some time to figure out that the "Select a User" drop down box, was the option that i needed to use.

    This is not clearing laid out, especially since the existing Role is below this drop down box. It would make it much easier to understand/follow if this drop down box was to the right of the existing Role field, with the field label located above it.

  2. auto calculation of % for forecasting

    I wish there was a auto calculation based on last year revenue that you could input that would automatically fill in the dollar amount for forecasting. For example if Last July you wanted to forecast up 10% you could check a box for autocalculation and fill in the % and it would update all months using last year revenue as a guide. instead of manually doing it with your calculator and then typing it in

  3. AE Activity Threshold in Alert Center

    The options for AE Activity Threshold are This week, Last week and This Month. It would be great to have a NEXT WEEK option. This would be for things like meetings, which primarily need to be set the week before. It would be great to have that as a critical warning to remind me that perhaps my cold call isnt working and I need to seek other options to make sure my meetings are up to snuff fo rthe following week. thanks!

  5. Alerts - AE Activity Threshold COMPLETED ACTIVITIES COUNT

    I have set up several alerts to help me gauge my cold calls. One looks at the AE Activity Threshold for the CURRENT WEEK and the other looks at the AE Activity Threshold for LAST WEEK. My problem is that despite selecting "COMPLETED ACTIVITIES COUNT" the number registering in the alert is actually "COMPLETED AND SCHEDULED ACTIVITIES COUNT" or, in other words "COMPLETED AND INCOMPLETED ACTIVITIES".     We are wrapping up budget related work and have opted to hold off on this particular feature temporarily. This is not saying that it will not be done, but we need to first get some Account/Agency architecture changes made before we can pull this type of data into the Account Profile.

  7. Add an alert to prevent double booking activities

    When booking a new activity in the activities tab, it gives you a drop down to choose the time. Could there be an alert if you've already scheduled an activity at that time?

  8. Show Agency name on the Account Profile Page

    Can someone tell me why the Agency name is not found anywhere besides the Account list only after you click on the plus sign next to the name. Why is it not displayed someone where when viewing the Account?

    Why not have if it displayed after the Advertiser name (top left hand side of the page)? This cannot be that difficult, right?

    We are currently working to make this a reality. You will be able to see all of your billing and non billing relationships with Agencies from the Account Profile.


    We anticipate this rolling out in July 2022 alongside some major relationship changes between Accounts and Agencies to help you better plan for future business when Accounts change Agencies.

    add contact person name area to "add a prospect" window. Consider letting me add an Agency at the same time. Or add an Account when I add an Agency. Account/Agency/Contact would be useful to add all at the same time when I know them.

    While prospecting, it makes sense to also add in the people you might know. I’m going to pass this along to our team for consideration in future Account changes that we are planning to do. I want to make sure that this is a candidate for development.

  10. scheduled calls

    when scheduling a call - imported into my calendar - when the calendar reminder comes up, there's not an automatic integration of the contact's phone number.
    when on the road, that means, pulling up matrix, finding the account/contact and then calling - instead of simply opening the

  11. Most contacted pod does not include Agency Contacts

    When we have an agency contact attached to an account, and they have activities attached, the "Most Contacted" pod does not show the contact name. Only the Account Contacts with activities.

    Can someone explain why this is, especially when we do a lot of Agency business.

  12. REV CODE for WO Traffic Sales Adjustments

    Sales Adjustments in Wide Orbit Traffic are currently hitting an account as a negative "sale" in Matrix. We need the ability to code these Sales Adjustments separately, in a REV CODE, so that we can accurately see the gross billing for an account in a given month. If we can select, or de-select the REV CODE for Sales Adjustments in Matrix, we will be able to accurately see what happened with an account.

  13. espresso shot sent on Saturday and not Monday

    Any orders put in on Friday are not reflected on the Monday espresso shot, it makes more sense to send it on Saturday.

  14. User Profile - field for the users TITLE

    Most users are Account Executives but it would be great to have a field for title - for those in the Manager Roles ... ideally a drop-down box for consistency, something the local Admin (me) can maintain.

  15. Show our comission

    I would like to see all comission from all deals, and imigrations from OSI. We enter our account types in both systems, which sets the comission percentage. Instead of just being able to add ourselves in quick deal I would love to log in every day and see how much I am making/losing to motivate me more and keep myself most informed.
