I would like it if activities could suggest a next step like creating/updating a deal upon closing
When I close a deal, in order to follow the natural sales cycle workflow, I would like Matrix to ask something like "would you like to create or update a deal based upon the outcome of this activity?" and I can then choose to create, update, or ignore this recommendation.
3 votesThis is something we’re looking into for future CRM enhancements. If we could suggest next steps for you, we feel the end user would be more likely to actually TAKE those next steps.
More to come in the future as we learn about this type of behavior.

Customize a Data Card to see only the persons (AEs, or Manager)
Select specific people on your team, and be able to customize a Data Card with the information needed only for that specific group of people.

Search Deals by Tags
It would be useful to be able to run deals/pending against a tag, so we can see how much is pitched/pending against a specific initiative.

it would be AMAZING if we could chose our own default date on the estimated closing date in the deal process.
because we are judged internally by the # of deals we put in each day- not necessarily when they will close- it would be great to be able to set my own default date on estimated close date- to the current date. or have a drop down of options- todays date, 30 days, 60 days...or enter your own

I want to be the first in the door when an advertiser wants to spend so I need to know when dollars came in historically
Let's say that I have Abe's Motors as one of my Accounts. They spent with me in April of 2016. I may have forgotten about that, but I'd like to know when Abe spent that money in April 2016 (maybe it was in February) because then I know that I should be reaching out to Abe's Motors no later than that date in order to get more of the money before a competitor steals it away.
I'd like to know the following...

Dollars Pitched
Final Dollars Booked

Add Birthday to Contact List Builder Results
I'd like to see Birthday added as a result field when I pull a Contact list from List Builder.

Reassign the office on a deal when the account's office is reassigned
We reassigned many accounts to another office recently. After running the Forecasting report I noticed that it was off. Turned out that the offices on the deals do not update under this workflow. I'd like for the office on any open deals to change to the affiliated account's new office when performing an office reassignment on an account.

Formatting Notes
This is a minor request but it would be fantastic if there were easier ways to read notes on my contacts, account, agencies, and activities.
Right now, no matter how you format the notes, everything runs on one line. I want to create paragraphs, bullet points, bold words, itallicized words, and underlined words to review notes for clients! I get some reports and areas with notes might need to strip that formatting but when i view it on the profile itself I need to see this.

Admin option to require all activities created must have an Account or an Agency to be saved
Salespeople are entering activities without this information and creating incomplete views when reporting. Every activity is with or for some company and should include an Account, Agency, or both values.

Expand global search to include notes, phone numbers, and emails
It would be amazing if the search bar could find notes on an Account, Agency, or Contact. Also the notes on an activity as well. I often put in notes and remember a key word or phrase i used with a client but not the specific person or business i worked with and need to find them.
My desk also has a lot of sticky notes with phone numbers and emails on them and i can't read the name. I want to search for phone number or email to make sure I can throw the note away and stop trying…

Add Last Billed to List Builder as a column option
I would like to be able to export a contact mailing list that will show all the advertiser contact information and the last date billed.
2 votesI wanted to remind everyone that we do have this functionality now within our List Builder area for Matrix Premium customers but we do NOT have the ability to show Last Billed on it yet.
I will be changing this request so that it better reflects the need for the Last Billed information on that list since the rest has been taken care of

Notes (activity) that mgmt has access to.
Are you able to add accessibility to mgmt to our notes for advertisers? Currently, we are the only ones who have access. This would save us time and also be able to add notes that we all can view. The "add an activity" doesn't always make sense and time consuming.

Activities report
The Deal Status Report was more in line with what I was looking at...would be awesome if this pending and or proposed amount could also show up in a column with the deal in the activities report so everything can roll up in on central look.

Sales Outlook- Revenue Report Save as Excel
It would be awesome when going under the revenue report to be able to save the sales outlook as an excel or pdf, either would work. I am an assistant, and being able to send my account executive their sales outlook information while they are on the road would be useful.

Add an area for Client Address when adding an Activity
Can we get client address added to CONTACT area in Activity, so we can copy and paste into LOCATION when setting an appointment? This would make it easier when locating the address needed for that activity.

For example…
1. Set Location to Account Address
2. Set Location to Agency Address
3. Set Location to Contact Address
4. User Specified Address (as it is today)This assumes you have an Account, Agency, and Contact attached tot he activity but they aren’t required and you couldn’t use those options if they didn’t exist.
What are your thoughts on this as a workflow?

Sorting the Activities List
When I sort by date on the activity list, it sorts the days fine. I would like it to sort the times within each day as well. For example 8am start time activities come before 11am start time activities and activities without a start time come after those that have start times.
