Category column - Accounts List

I have a great suggestion! I exported my list into excel alphabetically. I would like to sort it by "product category". That would be super helpful when I am looking for all of my tourism clients or home improvement clients, etc. Can you add that as a column?

Accounts and Account Management
After making changes to accounts, the system automatically brings you back to page 1 regardless of what page the change was made. Can it be fixed so that when you go back after the change, you are brought back to where you were??

Drip email campaigns to clients
It would be great if we had campaigns to choose from for clients to be set on automatic to stay in touch throughout each process. 1. prospecting would have great information regarding marketing and why using our digital or TV medium would be good for them. 2. Current Clients: stay in touch, reinforce their decision to use us. All of this would be automated email once a month or twice, depending on the different campaigns you can create. Maybe even category specific

Rejecting Lead Accounts

AR Data should include current
an AE may not be actively collection the current aging amount ...but the data should be available - in the event a client asks total due - the AE would have that data in MATRIX ...rather than having to go to the traffic software for the current piece.

Deleting Contacts on the Account Page
Instead of going out of the actual account page to contacts in order to delete a contact, please make it so we can delete a contact right on the actual account it needs to be deleted from.

Display All Salespeople on My Team on Salesperson Filter on Account List
Stephanie Lundberg (Nexstar MGR) reached out and mentioned that it would be a great for AE's to be able to filter the Master Account List. Only managers are able to filter the Master List, and it would be great if AEs can do this even if just for the Placeholder Sellers.
In the past, I have also heard from other AE's who would only like to see the accounts assigned to specific placeholders so they know which accounts are available to claim more easily. Currently, they need to sort the list by seller to see these accounts grouped.

Have the option to split an account Revenue and Budget between two AEs
It would be great if there was a way to reassign an account so only some of the budget and revenue would be reassigned to a new AE. This would help split the account if the original AE is still with the station, and help to see more accurately the Budget and Revenue each of the AEs are actually responsible for.

Add additional outlets to a Billing Account
Add additional outlets to a Billing Account.
1 voteI wanted to provide an update that we have rolled this out to all but a handful of our corporate customers now and are still getting groups lined up to make the switch to what we call "Multi-Stage Account Management"
Users are able to continue prospecting on their businesses after they initially start billing in a way that doesn't allow other salespeople to scoop up business or force the actual salesperson to put in fake information just to duplicate the account.

Filtering Reports or Account List by Shared Accounts
It would be great to be able to filter a report or the account list for shared accounts to see all the shared accounts and the salespeople working them.

The AE can request that an Account(s) to be reassigned from them
It would be helpful if there was a way for an AE to submit an Account to be removed off of their Account List.

Filter by Category in the Master List
When I export the Master List it does not keep the category information. It would be helpful to separate out certain items such as Categories from the Master List.

Customize what information is required in order to submit a Lead for approval
We struggled with this on Efficio…we would like to make them include minimally an address and phone# or email and phone# but there is nothing on this account.

Account List Filters should be sticky
Although one of the other SAs has "Leads" checked under Type in Accounts filters, I do not and I have to change it every time I go in, which is rather annoying.

I will update this request as more information comes to light. We’re very excited to take on a bunch of these little changes like that as we know that it makes a big impact on all of you.

Salespeople want to be able to rename their accounts
If a sales rep can 'enter' new biz account name, then they should be able to change that name if it is not owned by any other salespeople.
1 voteThere’s a technical reason right now why we do not allow the name change, but this is a candidate for future improvement. Moving this up for more visibility to our product development team.
