  1. prospect delete

    we sould be able to delet a non billing prospect or a prospect that we know will no longer bill. This helps clean up our matrix and free up prospects for other AE

  2. create a page access toolbar for the top of the accounts page, as there is for the bottom.

    Now there is a < << Page x of X > >> Xv page access box on the bottom of the accounts page. Could you add one to the top? (I have this set to 100 acounts.

  4. Category pacing compared to this week last year

    I like the category report, but I would love it...if we were able to look at what was booked this time last year instead of this week compared to final numbers. It's hard to see what is arriving late and early, yet categories are important to corporate and our market.

  6. Use imported historical data for birds eye pacing

    The pacing graph on the birds eye page does not show pacing. Support informed me that it will be a year of history before we can see and use this feature. The data is already imported from Wide Orbit, is there any way to use this on the pacing graph on birds eye view?

  7. Add a Quick Look feature to the managers Bird's Eye View page

    On the Sales Managers Bird's Eye View page it would be nice to mouse over the pending dollars by AE and get a 'Quick Look" at what accounts are making up the pending business. The Quick look could include LY/TY/Pending comparisons.

  8. Add a look at all potential closers to the managers Bird's Eye or Street Level view

    Add a box for potential closers somewhere on the manager's dashboard that would give an overall look at potential closers for the staff. It would help us to make sure deals are being marked as won as we look at pending business.

  9. Allow AE's a place to see "notes" that a manager has written on thier scorecasrd/profile

    As an LSM I use the "notes" section on each AE's profile. According to the AE's they cannot see the notes I make. Is it possible for them to see these notes?

    We’ve been following this request for about 6 years now, and we’ve found that most of our managers want to use this as a way to take notes about salespeople that other managers can have access to.

    We’re going to decline on the functionality for sharing with salespeople after hearing the many successful 1 on 1 meetings our managers have in putting plans together. Obviously if this comes up as a major need in the future and consensus changes we’ll want to revisit.

    You can already do this actually. Simply click refresh on your browser and it will reload the page without filters applied.

    Alternatively, you can select “All” on each filter from the “Edit Account Filters” dialog and re-run the report that way, but refreshing the browser is much faster.

  11. Matrix should automatically save any emails initiated within Matrix

    Would be great to automatically generate an email to all parties listed on an account, for example, and have a copy saved within notes section of matrix for future reference.

    We already do this. Anytime Matrix recognizes an email address it attaches the email to the contact as an activity. It will even attach it ot the Acct/Agy if affiliated as well.

  12. Gregorian or Broadcast option when pulling Commissions Report

    When pulling the Commissions Report it pulls all data based on Calendar billing. 95% of accounts bill as Broadcast and that's what the commissions are calculated on. The report would be much more accurate if this option was available.

  14. Forecasting

    We need to be able to reduce the billing on an account in the forecast column, if we know a cancellation is coming through. On the day that we need to recap all business to corporate, we may know a cancel is coming in, but the order has yet arrived. This way the reports accurately project where they will end up, after the cancel.

  15. Home Page Default: Reports

    I'm an admin with access to all accounts. To assure privacy on my highly visible workstation, it would be nice of my default screen opened to the Reports home page.

    This will probably not be happening. With our new alerts and news focus we’re creating a default Home page in a new version of Matrix and driving experience from there for each user type.

    The good news is that Reports are still a click a way and performance is being improved drastically with the new version so we hope this only remains a minor inconvenience.

    Alternatively you can always save the Reports page as a bookmark and use that as your entry to Matrix each day.

  18. have a same as contact information for advertiser contact

    When I type in the contact address...I have to enter it twice if it is a local direct account. It would be nice if there were a same as contact information button that would import that info similar to when you buy something on-line and it has a same billing info as shipping check box.

    Give AE's the ability to modify an activity and turn it into a deal so that it follows the sales cycle and requires less typed entries

    Requested additional information on July 27, but I have not received further clarification on what is meant by “more info”.

    If this is something you truly believe in, please let us know what kind of information you are looking for and why it is important to you.

    We constantly improve Matrix with enhancements and would love to make the account profiles better!
