Unable to get additional information about how this could work from a desktop.

I will note that this does work from the mobile solution when used from a smartphone.

    Are you asking for this as a feature as in I'm sitting at my desk and I come across Joe Smith's contact profile page. I should be able to click on Joe Smiths' phone number and have it dial him?

    Or are you on another platform?
