  1. Account Profile Page- History of Account

    The Term " HISTORY OF ACCT" should appear within the acct profile page instead of showing Activity/Contact/Details, etc..This is helpful for newcomers using Monarch.

  2. Adding Rev Type To The Activity Impact Report

    Hello. Would it be possible to add Rev Type, to the hierarchy, of the Activity Impact Report? For me, the functionality would be extremely helpful in measuring new business data specifically.

    We can only work with fields that are in both revenue areas (which Revenue Type is) and Activities (which Revenue Type is not) as that is the only way to make a proper connection. 


    Unfortunately, we are not able to accommodate this request. 

  3. Accounts and Account Management

    After making changes to accounts, the system automatically brings you back to page 1 regardless of what page the change was made. Can it be fixed so that when you go back after the change, you are brought back to where you were??

    By Changes we assume you mean you are on the Account List and you edit an account. Perhaps you update the address. Then you go back to the Account List. 


    You are better served opening the Accounts in a new tab as the fastest route. Any other way causes you to incur extra loading that you don't need to sit through. 

  4. Add Company Name Column in Activity Reports not just contact name

    When you pull an activity report - there is a column for Contact, but not COMPANY. Often I haven't established a contact, or did not connect with my contact that day - but DID create activity with the company. Having the Company listed would be more helpful along with the activity type!

  5. set the broadcast calendar as the default for reven

    Most business is conducted by the broadcast calendar. It would be nice if we could set the broadcast calendar as a default and toggle to gregorian if necessary. It becomes confusing when entering deals, comparing reports, checking revenue, etc., when everything is in gregorian and most business is not planned or booked by gregorian.

    This is not our control. the calendar is a corporate decision set to help enforce continuity of the product and read from the same playbook by default.

    I’d recommend taking this up with the corporate team and running it through your Success Manager at Matrix as we can definitely make the change if that’s how it’s agreed upon.

    We are shifting attention away from the Teams page and putting emphasis on the Sales Productivity Data Card which can be added from the home page data card selections. The Team's page will likely be sunset in the future as a result.  


    While the team's page was originally intended to view individual KPIs against your sales team(s), it never realized its full potential, and we have worked with customers to build a page that allows for multiple KPIs to display at once across a larger listing of salespeople with stronger filtering capabilities .

  8. Entering Deals from the Account Page

    In the new monarch interface, you cannot enter a deal from the account page. The only way I know of currently is to click the Add button at the top and then you must type in the account name and wait for it to populate the account and AE. The name of the deal defaults to the account name with Deal at the end. Of course, the deal name can be edited but it would be great if I could enter a deal from the account page so that it would automatically default to that account when I'm trying to…

    What you described is how deals are entered from the Account Profile. All Add actions are driven from the Add menu so that it’s universally understood how to navigate (the exception being Notes at this time).

    When doing it from the Account profile, it automatically selects the account and salesperson. Saving the deal then takes you to the deal profile page where you can fill in the details of the deal be it the name, run dates, dollars, or add notes.

    We’re actively working on performance across the board so hopefully that will translate to a faster experience for you as updates roll out throughout the year.

    I checked with our team, and we can’t utilize the lower right as that is where our Matrix Kiosk resides for surfacing helpful documents for you to learn about each page and feature.

    Additionally, our support team assured me that what looks like a close button on the chat is actually a minimize so if you were to click the “x” it’s actually like minimizing your chat and the conversation will follow you from page to page as well. If you wanted to open it again yourself, clicking on the chat link in the lower left expands the chat to where you left off.

  11. Outlet drop down when Adding an Account

    I've had trouble several time enabling the Outlet dropdown when setting up a new account. The button isn't responsive and sometimes works when you click around the area, but is very frustrating. Just thought you should know and hopefully can fix. Thanks!

    I cannot seem to recreate this. I tried when the feedback originally came in. I tried again just now and no luck. I’ve tested on Edge (chromium), Firefox, and Chrome.

    If you are still having this issue and are using one of those supported browsers at 100% screen size, can you please contact our support team? They should be able to walk you through any troubleshooting techniques that they may have encountered.

    From my side, it seems fine :(

  12. Can we please have the old activity report back.

    It’s the best because I can just hover over activities and see the AEs notes and don’t have to open multiple hierarchies to get to the info I need.

    We’ve had the majority of feedback on the activity report changes coming in as positive and this request is not likely one that we will take on.

    We’re sorry that you feel this is extra effort in order to see notes, but we hope that you enjoy the extra flexibility this change brings be it hierarchies, displaying the report as a data card on your home page, or even emailing a copy to your inbox each morning.

    The report name (I’m assuming you mean the custom name you’ve given to a favorite report) is specific to the report as it was configured. This means the exact filters, hierarchies and options match up with that name. When you change something, you effectively are no longer running the saved favorite report and are creating a new report.

    In order to export with the report name that you created, you would need to overwrite your previously saved favorite. This is likely not what you want to do as you’re possibly changing a group of salespeople or maybe removing a revenue type to tweak it a bit, but I wanted to make sure you understood why it is doing what it is doing.

    Our security will not allow for that to happen as it would grant visibility of that budget to everyone that had access to the affiliated Office.

    We cannot do this without a major overhaul to our security, unfortunately.

  15. Add the Zip Code to the address line in the Account Profile

    It would be helpful to have the Zip Code included in the address line that is displayed on the Account Profile. Currently the zip code is not included with the address.

    Everything has its own line from Address, to City, to Zip. It’s not displayed like you might see on a mailing label, mostly because of international generality of addresses. We are keeping it neutral by having 1 line per field.

  16. Drag and drop functionality for data cards

    Allow data cards to be dragged and dropped. Rather than selecting the X to delete and + to define a new data card to re-organize data cards.

    In the current configuration this will not happen. As we explore enhancements or new engines for our data cards it may become a possibility there.

  17. Allow the Agency Filter to exclude specific Agencies from Reports

    Currently, you are only able to filter for specific agencies to be included in reports. It would be great if you were also able to filter in order to exclude specific agencies from reports

    Thanks for the feedback! Working with the Account and Agency filters are extremely difficult due to the amount of data that they sift through. Right now our queries are optimized for the inclusion of information so we can’t simply add a “include / exclude” option on the filters as much as I’d love to give the green light to do that right now.

    If that changes in the future, you’ll be one of the first to know since you added this feedback!

    This is not likely to happen. With the entry being flat and CSV being flat, the two are a natural match for each other.

    If you have a specific reason for Excel please let us know, but as of right now it’s not likely to be something we get to.

  19. Create a refresh button when pulling reports

    Create a refresh button when pulling reports. Don't make us hit run again. When we make a minor change a refresh button should capture the change. STOP MAKING US REDO THE ENTIRE REPORT (SELECTING PARAMETERS AND THEN HIT RUN AGAIN) PLEASE

    The location where you make changes is also where you click run so it doesn’t seem useful to have an additional button for refreshing the report when running it again after a filter, hierarchy, or other option change does the same thing.

  20. When you are filling out an activity, there should be a dropdown menu offering choices in the subject field.

    Dropdown menu for subject. This would save time typing the same thing all the time. Most activities revolve around digital or tv. Having them available would make life a little easier. Plus, people would still have the option of typing in a reason for the activity.

    This is not likely to be something that we will take on in our product. Our Subject field usage varies wildly and we find that folks like the freedom to express what the activity is about which makes it easier to understand on the Activity Report, List, and other areas from others like it.
