Forecasting
We need to be able to reduce the billing on an account in the forecast column, if we know a cancellation is coming through. On the day that we need to recap all business to corporate, we may know a cancel is coming in, but the order has yet arrived. This way the reports accurately project where they will end up, after the cancel.

Where are you within Matrix?
Why is editing a deal by today's method not an appropriate way for editing forecasts for your needs?
