Additional email boxes
Some contacts have several email addresses and we only have a place to enter one. It would be very helpful if there were an option to add additional emails to one contact.

Be able to filter on the Espresso Shot and customize it
I would like to set up filters and calendar type to only see what is important to me. I just want to see my Local business for my Local Sellers.
I want to set the timeframe too like maybe i don't want the full year or maybe i just want a month?
16 votesWe are actively rolling out Scheduled Reporting which is poised to take the place of the Espresso shot in the future as we get feedback on the new functionality.
Scheduled Reporting allows you to take many of your favorite reports and have them emailed to you at a point in time during day. For example let’s say you wanted he Forecast Report and the Activity Report to be in your inbox every morning then this feature can accommodate that!
We’re looking forward to hearing the feedback this spring! It’s currently on for about 50% of our customer base with expectations to have it fully rolled out before the end of April.

sales outlook filter by salesperson
Sales Outlook salesperson filters.
Issue: per business process, Lisa will like to view just specific users on her sales outlook when running numbers or validations when using this pod.
Request: Allowing the system to filter salespeople on this pod.
Benefit: User-friendly functionality, quick search, a better business process for the user.

List Builder - Full Page View
Allow for a full page view if the results (Columns) extend so you do not have to scroll left to right
1 voteThis has been addressed within our newest product, Monarch, and we look forward to seeing you on it in the near future!
I want to note that just because we provide a full screen view that does not mean all horizontal scrolling is removed. You may have a smaller screen / resolution or simply have a LOT of columns on at once where it cannot be helped.

Performance page Adding - graphic Chart
Performance page graphic Chart - I found that feature more useful than just the basic data about where I am to budget. It would be even better if both - the graph and the where I am to budget data - were both displayed.
1 voteThis is happening. We’re just in between releases at the moment. Expect to see a visualization that gives you a high level look at where you are with the ability to drill in to see the data as we begin transforming the Home page into a proper dashboard.

Estimated Closed Date for Fiscal Year
The Estimated close date is showing 11/01/18 and can only enter Pending in the deal for the month Aug and forward for 2019 due to Fiscal Year starts in July. It can be confusing. Thank you!

These changes are not planned for the previous Matrix Web product, but most groups are in talks of upgrading with our Success team here at Matrix.

Ability to change the default country
We are a Canadian country, but yet the default country is USA? Why is there not a drop down option that I can use to change this?

Monarch Deals List similar to Deal Management in Premium
The deals page is ok in Monarch, but it would be nice to have a list in this page and not all the data cards to look through.

Have the ability for data cards to be user defined
Change the "My total forecast" card to display as monthly forecasting?
5 votesWe have updated the My Total Forecast card to be called the Sales Outlook card. Along with the name change, you can also drill into the card and change the time frame.. If you change it to the current month, the small card view will remember and reflect the current month.

Have the ability to remove the Twitter feed from the Home page
I would like to replace it with my monthly forecasting.
4 votesWe’ve handled the initial phase of this request and are continuing efforts to make the home page significantly more useful for you.
This may be released in phases. For example:
Phase 1 – Handle the Twitter concerns
Phase 2 – Increase usability of the home page (like showing better forecasting information as you suggested)
Phase 3 – Consolidate redundant information from other areas and streamlining workflow.For now, I am completing this request and you should expect to see the results this summer!

More Detailed Pending Report for AE's to submit to managers
Hi - since we're entering details of all deals into Matrix, it would really helpful to be able to export one list to excel that shows each deal and pending revenue by month and outlet.
7 votesWe have completed the work to do this on a new Forecast Report. This report is currently in beta, so if you’d like to check it out just reply back to me!
The idea is that we are adding Deal into the hierarchy. So you might create a Forecast report by Salesperson – > Outlet – > Deals and choose to roll up the results by Month. Of course you’ll want to play around with it to see what suits your needs best, but look out for this in the near future as we get closer to releasing our new reporting engine to EVERYONE soon!

Have the ability to Report across years
i need all twelve months. just that i need May 2017 to April 2018 compared to May 2017 to April 2017. Currently I need to run 2 different reports, download to Excel, and do the comparison from there.
1 voteOur new reporting framework allows you to choose a custom time frame up to 12 months. This means you could run the report from May – April and see the results instead of running multiple reports, removing results, and doing a lot of extra work in order to get your results.

Projects in Deals
When we say that the client is "Not interested" in the project, the deal should automatically be lost or closed
3 votesWe have completed this work with a new and improved Projects experience in Monarch. Specifically the Deals and Projects are now separate but more easily reportable and manageable by salespeople. We’re soft launching this right now and would love to get your organization on board with it!
Either way, we’ll be doing a full roll out in early 2020 so if you want to take an official dive after the holidays that’s fine too.

Have option to include additional Years on the Budget Report
It would be very helpful if the Budget report had an option to view additional years. I'm looking for one report that shows current year budget, current year forecast (or TY) and then past 2 years (if possible) LY.
1 voteThis can be achieved with our new custom reporting functionality. Your request actually sounds quite simple to put together, and we’ve designed the feature to be used by our customers so that you do not need to spend time asking us to build a report instead of getting answers from your reports.
However, the feature does need to be enabled by us so please contact your Success Manager in order to get started. He/She will guide you on your options in order to achieve this.

Edit budget by accounts from Birdseye view
Enter budget by account from Birdseye view. As a manager, I want to see LY/TY/pending as I complete the budget. Currently you can not view the forecast while budgeting and if entering by account, you must click on every account to enter a budget number. Very time consuming. The old version allowed you to right click to see forecast and notes
3 votesWe have addressed much of this request with our new budgeting experience.
You can easily see LY/TY amounts in the budget without the need for extra clicks to get the information.
You can automatically increase your budget by the forecast amount (which should be your first step in order to save a ton of time!)
I can’t say we’re sold on the idea of notes from deals while entering budgets simply because using the automatic increase from forecast should already take that into consideration for you if you keep your forecast accurate and up to date.
We’re extremely excited to get feedback on the new budgeting experience so when you get your hands on it, don’t hesitate to give us a call when done to let us know how we did!

Deal page - set default to Team
As a manager, it would be nice if the deal page is set to "Team" instead of "Me" by default
1 votethis has been completed in a way that we will remember your last selection so the next time you use this page, set it to Team and we’ll display it each time until you change it.
We have done the same with the Duration portion of the Timeframe control.

Sort A to Z for Accounts in the New Budgets

Exporting the budget from the budget template page should be disabled
I exported the budget from from the budget template page. Then I modified the budget numbers and tried to import the template into Matrix. However, I was unable to do so. If the budget couldn't be imported back into Matrix, this feature should be disabled
1 voteWe provide a way to export and import the budget from the budget landing page and as a result have made sure that the option is clearer when you want to export for offline edit and importing again.

How can we add a picture of each AE in their profile?
Including headshots for AEs in the 'Team' Profile. This gives the system a little more life, and makes it easier to reference the name with the pod without looking for the associated text name.
1 voteWe have implemented user pictures across our product in areas like the Teams page and the Contact Profile.
If a user or contact has their email address connected with Gravatar, then we will display their chosen picture.
It certainly adds a lot of life as you stated, and we hope you find it pleasing :)
