Performance page graphic Chart - I found that feature more useful than just the basic data about where I am to budget. It would be even better if both - the graph and the where I am to budget data - were both displayed.

This is happening. We’re just in between releases at the moment. Expect to see a visualization that gives you a high level look at where you are with the ability to drill in to see the data as we begin transforming the Home page into a proper dashboard.
