  1. I need to be able to export the contact list

    It would be nice if I could include an option to export with mailing address as well as the existing list information to .CSV format

    With our early summer release, you will be able to export the contact list to .CSV format. It will also include the address information of each contact even though it’s not displaying on screen so that you can use this file with mail merging applications. Pretty cool feature thanks to your request!

  2. Allow for negative pending

    Two reasons:
    1. On the print side, the actual billing comes in as "open rate" which is not what they typically plan to get, so the rep would like to add in negative pending to show a "true" forecast number.
    2. At times, there are cancellations or pre-empts, but it hasn't come through traffic yet. So that the rep can show an accurate forecast, they would have to enter in negative pending.

    We have added the ability to create a deal with purely negative pending in a new version of Matrix and will be rolling out these changes in 2017 to our users.

    Thank you very much for your feedback and we hope to hear more from you in the future as we continue to fix a few shortcomings in our system :)

  3. Allow contacts to display on agencies and accounts

    when entering contact info and importing into matrix we can either put the agency or the account... not both. It would be nice to be able to link both together.

    We have just finished testing the ability to add an agency to an account and display the affiliated contacts.

    Please keep in mind it is still the best practice to place all agency contacts on the agency and all account contacts on the account. You can THEN display the two of them together on the account profile page.

    If you no longer need to see an agency on an account, simply remove it and replace it with another if you so choose.

  4. Allow managers to have some ability to make changes

    For example there are several inactive AE's I would like to delete from this report. I also will have some budget changes, I would like to be able to change these as needed

    Managers have the ability to filter reports. This includes salespeople that you may not wish to see for any number of reasons.

    Also, you now have the ability to edit budgets for salespeople or revenue types.

    I hope you have found this to be useful over the past few weeks of using it.

  5. Need rolling three months option, not just a fixed quarter.

    We have just finished testing a new view for the Pacing and Forecasting reports that allows you to view a “month + 2” world. That means you can view the current month and the next two months broken out. You can also navigate the start month and it will recalculate to give the next two months with it.

    We’re very excited about this feature and can’t wait to show it off!

    We need a way to change the previous year date on the pacing report. There may be a way, I just don't know it!

    When you need to delete an old or incorrect report from your favioites you can not.

    If you can create them…why not delete them right? Consider this feature tested and ready to go for the next release. Hopefully your favorites aren’t too cluttered by then!

    We have just finished testing exporting reports. I know this feedback specifically asks for printing, but going this route allows us to kill 2 birds with one stone in providing better exporting capabilities and then allowing printing from your usual sources once exported.

  9. Multi year for specific accounts

    I need to be able to pull a multi year report for a specific account. Looks like I have to pull it by account, then pick the AE who owns it...but that also pulls everything else they have.

  10. Have the ability to revise ALL fields on a completed activity

    Currently, I can revise the activity's notes but cannot revise contact infoormation on the same activity. It would be nice if I could edit all fields on a completed activity.

  12. Creation Dates for Prospects

    Need Creation Date added for Prospects so I can see old Prospects and newer Prospects. We will reassign those older Prospects to other AEs at some point.

  13. Need to filter the account and master account lists

    I am trying to use the master list in matrix to check an account. There are 280 pages of accounts listed here that include all properties that griffin owns.
    I would like to see ONLY Kwtv, online, and News9 Now. The Tulsa lists are lengthy and i don't need to see them.

  14. Allow modifications after a deal has be selected as "won"

    I just attempted to revised the monthly billing and the account is locked. I want to forecast as accurately as possible.

    We have just finished testing this feature and I’m happy to say it will be a part of our January release! Finally you will be able to edit deals for make goods and credits so that you can be better informed next year when reviewing historical deals :)

  15. Need to have decimals for commissions.

    Instead of just allowing whole numbers, have commissions be 4.5% or 4.25%

  16. I need to be able to create prospects as a manager

    I have Managerial access, and I also need access to input Prospects. So our AEs don't have to, I need to do the leg-work of inputting prospects because there are other lists I have to check for duplicates, and our managers would rather have the AEs out on the streets rather than entering prospects.

  17. More Heirachy levels for mulit year reports

    We are enhancing the whole deal experience at the moment and this is part of that enhancement. We have removed actual dates but are keeping the months/years around. This will work out better for anyone who uses non gregorian calendars and alleviate confusion as to which calendar you are working with.

    You can expect to see this as well as other Deal Enhancements in our next release currently scheduled for later this month!

  20. Improve Workflow for common tasks

    When I input an activity that is essentially complete, it would be great to be able to create the follow-up activity as well. This action would create two items: the complete task for reporting/review and the incomplete task for follow up.

    Similar workflow should be implemented for creating new accounts. Once a new account has been created, there is a good chance that the user may wish to create a new deal, activity, or contact. It would be nice to be guided through common workflow.

    Activities now have the ability to Save & Add Another. You may create a new activity based upon the current activity’s Contact, Account, and Agency at any point in time. It does not matter if the activity is complete or incomplete when initiating this process.

    While it is not currently available to end users, you will see this feature in an upcoming release and release notes.
