We have just finished testing exporting reports. I know this feedback specifically asks for printing, but going this route allows us to kill 2 birds with one stone in providing better exporting capabilities and then allowing printing from your usual sources once exported.
You can look forward to this feature in the next release!

For the time being, salespeople cannot print reports. However, in our next release we are providing salespeople with more reports (ranking, multi-year sales history, forecasting, and more!), filtering capabilities, and export capabilities. This will allow you to better analyze your data, export it to excel, and then format/print it from there should you have the desire to do so.

Salespeople will be getting upgraded reports in the near future. These reports will be similar to the manager reports and they will be able to export them to Excel. Once exported, they will be able to format them anyway they like and print them from there.
