Activity Report that ties to Revenue
Ability to see a true CRM report and how Activities are tied to revenue and result in an increase, decrease or no revenue.

Tie Projects to Deals
Please tie Projects to Deals so that the AEs don't have to input amounts pending twice to track
1 voteYou can now update your deals while on a project as well as your projects while on a deal!
This aids in streamlining the workflow to allow salespeople to work form either location without the need to go to both locations when updating your spot forecast as well as your pitched projects.

Tracking Leads/Prospects put into Monarch
I'd like a report that would be able to track how many Leads/Prospects an AE has entered into Monarch over a period of time. Weekly, Monthly, Yearly.
1 voteWe have implemented the Sales Productivity card which can be found on your Home Page. If it is not there you can add it to an empty slot, remove another card to add it, or create a new tab and add the card there. We'd love to hear your feedback about this card as it is going to be the go-to place for metrics about your sales team(s) moving forward and we'd love to add more useful stats.

Activity List Filter
Save as favorite the Activity list filter. So the user doesn't need to go back to select the filters needed every time they use this page.

The Activity List has what we call Sticky Filters. This means if you filter down to a subset of salespeople or a few activity types then we’ll remember the filters exactly how you left them so that when you come back to the page you don’t need to select the filters again.

Adding an Account that was already merged
In classic if an account was added that was merged, it would add the merged account name. So for example Joe goes to add Account A, but it is merged already into Account B. When Joe saves, it adds the Account B, and takes Joe to the Account B Profile Page. However when this is done in Monarch. an error comes up
1 voteThis has been completed. When you add an Account that has been merged into another account it will create the new account with the Merge To name (Account B in the feedback example).

Allow Manager to see when one of their AEs logged into Matrix
Manager wants to see when one of their AEs logged into Matrix.
1 voteThis exists today from the Users page as a manager. There is a chance that you do not have access to this so you’ll want to talk with your Matrix Success Manager in order to see if this is a permission you can get enabled.
Along with seeing the login dates, you’ll also be able to create and manage users should you hire new salespeople or need to terminate one.

Allow for the AE Sales Outlook Data Card to have the same links as a manager
Should be able to see recently import, deals, activites, etc.

Mass Action - To change priority
When a Manager wants to update more than 50 Accounts at once. To change account's priority using Mass action.

Create an alert for when a new Lead Account or new Prospect Account is added into Matrix

Agencies
If the account is direct....the word direct should display in the agency list.
2 votesWe have completed some work that allows you to better manage direct business in an automated way.
For example, if the Agency and Account names match we can update the Agency to Direct. If an Agency contains certain characters that your company defines such as -DIR or (D) (really anything you tell us that you systematically use to define Direct business) then we can ensure that Agency gets updated to Direct.

Sales Outlook - Sort by Revenue Types
On Matrix, go to the Sales Outlook hit Rev Types.
We should be able to see those accounts under those rev types at a quick glance?1 voteWe can actually handle this type of request via a report. I know, I know. that’s an extra 8 steps to go run a report, but hear me out. We can make it immediate for you after configuring it one time.
I recommend you configure a forecast report. Maybe you want it by Revenue Type → Account to start. Maybe you want it for the quarter broken out by month. Maybe you even want to show the weighted amount? Configure it how you want it, and run the report.
Once it runs, save the report as a favortie and you’ll see a new option to set the report as a data card on your home page. turn that feature on and finalize the save.
Now go to yoru home page and create a new data by by clicking on the “+” for an empty slot and choose Favorite Report. You’ll…

Add Average AE Sales Report
As a Manager, I am needing to know what the average sales is for a rep. This is just showing me their total sales. As a manager, it is very important to know what a reps average sales is. Also it is important to know how much activity it takes to generate a sale. For example, 20 calls to set an appointment, 4 appointments to make a sale, that on average yields $2500. With those averages I can tell a reps that they need to increase their outgoing calls (prospecting calls) to 50 a day. 50x5=250/20 calls= 12.5 appointments a…
1 voteWe have made improvements in two different areas that might help you out with this problem.
First is the Activity Impact report. It is designed to allow you to pick a time frame for activities and another for revenue information in order to see how your activities are impacting the revenue of a specific time frame.
Another is the Sales Productivity Card with multiple metrics that allow you to see annualized and average sales information (depending on your specific needs). For this, please reach out to your Success Manager in order to learn more and see if these metrics are right for you to be enabled.

Data Cards (Home View) showing the previous day's activity for each rep.
Manager would like to customize the Data Cards view, to show the previous day's activity for each of his rep.
1 voteThis can be accomplished today with our Favorite Reports as Data Cards functionality.
Create an Activity Report setup any way that you like. It sounds like you might want to see it by Salesperson → Activity Type. Set the date for yesterday via the specific date.
Run the report and be sure that you’re satisfied with the results and then save the report as a favorite. We have new options here that allow you to use the report as a data card on your home page. Be sure to enable the option to roll the date each day as well.
Now go to your home page and add a Favorite Report, and select the Activity report that you just saved. Now you can view all activities for yesterday, every day!

Daily Forecast Change Report
Have a daily forecast change report so you can save the report as a favorite or have it emailed with the previous day's data. If you have a daily forecast change report then the date would default to the previous day vs. today it defaulting to one week prior to the current date in the report
1 voteThis has been completed. Be sure to create your Forecast Change report with the comparison date set to yesterday. Save it as a favorite, and ensure the “Do you want to automatically roll the forecast as of date daily?” is set to YES!
I also recommend that you email this report to you or set it for a data card on your home page, but of course that is just our suggestion based upon the major positive feedback we’ve received from those features as well :)

Re-activate the slide Activity feature on Calendar view for efficiency purposes.
To make changing Activity dates more efficient, we WERE able to drag the activity from one day to another day on the "Calendar" view in Activities without going into the account itself . This was very convenient. We especially need this now with what we are going through due to Covid-19. Also it is more efficient when an AE's day gets disrupted due to sickness or an unforeseen schedule change. The Activity will drag and drop, but WILL NOT stay on the reassigned date. Need to be able to compare Qtr to Qtr side by side
All of Nexstar needs to be able to compare Qtr to Qtr for review preview. For example need to compare Q1 to Q2 2020

It may or may not be accessible to you, so we recommend that you reach out to your Success Manager if you have questions about it. The functionality allows you to pull information today like Q1 and Q2 Booked, Pending, Forecast, Budget information and view them side by side with some calculations across columns.

Automatically populate Outlet & Rev Type combination on deals
Automatically populate the Outlet & Rev Type combinations on deals so that i can't pick a rev type that shouldn't go with that Outlet.
2 votesWe have completed the functionality that allows you to have a better relationship between the Outlets and Rev Types so that deals only allow you to select Rev Ty pe approved for the Outlet chosen. Reach out to your Success Manager for help with this as it does require admin functionality to execute.
