Re-activate the slide Activity feature on Calendar view for efficiency purposes.
To make changing Activity dates more efficient, we WERE able to drag the activity from one day to another day on the "Calendar" view in Activities without going into the account itself . This was very convenient. We especially need this now with what we are going through due to Covid-19. Also it is more efficient when an AE's day gets disrupted due to sickness or an unforeseen schedule change. The Activity will drag and drop, but WILL NOT stay on the reassigned date. When you go out of calendar then back in, the Activity has moved back to the original date. This feature used to work and my team was very upset when it quit working. We have spent too much time accessing each account to reschedule activities over and over again. Please get this feature working again. Thank you.
This was a bug and is scheduled to be deployed on 5/14.
Please contact support if you continue to have issue with the drag and drop functionality of the activity calendar.
