make the download report button in reports easier to notice/dynamic
hard to know you can even export to excel because the button is non descript/small

Include actual date of activities.
When looking at my AEs activities for previous week, Matrix tells me - "days ago..", It would be much easier when reviewing during one on ones, if it just included the date of the activity. ie, Wed. 11/19/14
3 votesThe new Activity Report will show the actual dates of the activities instead of the relative date. It will also show you the actual creation date of the Activities for additional analysis!

need to be able to put ext on phone numbers
when putting in contacts, for the business phone number, it won't let you put extensions. Ex: 954-644-4000 ext 3416

Add Year Toggle to Deal Status Report
something simple that would help our whole team out and would likely help all of your customers would be to add a button for “Year” on the deal status report. Right now we can see week and month but not our Fiscal year.

Allow AE's to change their Budget Hierarchy
I am really struggling to why Matrix does not allow the AE to change their hierarchy like a manager can.
Our current mandated hierarchy is Office, Salesperson, Outlet, Account, Revenue Type. The AE is taxed with different % increases for each revenue type, and with this current template, it is impossible to see the totals for each.
In addition, I have already applied the associated percentage to each revenue type by Salesperson, and now Matrix does show a budget for each account, revenue type, and outlet, so why is the AE stuck with having revenue type as the last line…

Hierarchies will no longer exist! Blasphemy you say? Well after researching how salespeople and their managers do budgets we found that an overwhelming majority export them for offline use and then import a back into Matrix. Puzzled…we asked why and found out it is because you like that flattened view of budgets with the ability to sort and add numbers free of a hierarchy.
After much rejoicing from learning how you like to work, we built a solution that allows you to set a focus on what you want to budget by. Perhaps as a salesperson you want to budget by account and place your dollars in each Outlet. Perhaps you’d rather budget by Account and place your dollars…

Email All Button
I would like to have an e-mail all contacts button under each account. It would populate all the e-mail addresses without having to click on each individual hyperlink, and copy/paste

In the AE Scorecard, I would much rather have Deals instead of imported business.
When doing one one one's, we use the AE scorecard a lot. It would be great if we could have the AE's deals added to this. That is a big topic of one on ones

Automatically reassign quiet accounts
If an account has not had any activity or billing in the last X days/months it should automatically be reassigned to inactive
3 votesAlright we sure had fun working through this one with many of our customers and trying to understand the business cases around it.
This led us to creating the Prospecting functionality within Monarch.
Prospecting allows salespeople to look at accounts owned by their teammates, and to then request ownership of them to their managers. This puts the pressure on salespeople to keep up with their accounts.
Salespeople can quickly find accounts without recent billing or those lead/prospect accounts that have no converted to billing accounts after a fair amount of time.
We can’t wait for more folks to get their hands on it. We know that we don’t have every scenario that people will care about, but please keep the feedback coming as this is an area we care deeply about!

Default iCal download
It would be very helpful and a safeguard if there was a default to always have the ical box checked so that all activities show up on my outlook calendar.
2 votesThis has been implemented. You now have the option under My Profile on the Preferences tab to turn ON the ability to default download all newly created activities after saving them.

it would be great if support could be available to us between 3p-5p
I'm from KNXV in Phoenix and it's frustrating sometimes when I need support and if it's after 3p, no one is there to help.

Report format/printing
Have the ability to print some form of the dashboard screen. Mostly to print all the LY TY Pending Forecast and Budget columns in one report by month or quarter.
1 voteThis functionality currently exists on reports. In your case, I would recommend the Forecasting Report. Create whatever hierarchy and filter options that you want and run the report. After running you have the ability to export and print from Excel.
I highly recommend that you save this as a favorite so that you can one click run it in the future without configuring it again (though it’s easy to modify your favorites as well!).
I’ll pass this specific location for printing along to our team for prioritization, but I wanted to make sure that you knew you could get some form of this dashboard in another location.

Deleting prospects greater than 60 days
There needs to be a way for managers to go in and group delete prospects greater than 60 days old....deleting them one by one is not time efficient.
2 votesWe agree that deleting one by one is not a great user experience. We even feel that having to delete any prospects (at least more than a small handful) isn’t something you should want to spend your time doing.
That being said, we offer a Virtual Sales Assistant at Matrix that will handle mundane, systematic tasks like this for you! Let’s say that you wanted to delete all prospects with a creation date of Jan 1, 2017 or earlier…well let us know about it and we can look into handling it for you! Deleting thousands of prospects (yeah, some of our customers have thousands in a single market!) isn’t a good use of your time and we don’t even want you to wait for the system to delete them all as it may take several minutes to complete.

Budget: want to add an % increase to next year's budget based on this year's FORECAST instead of the billing
Since we are doing our 2015 budget in October of 2014, we haven't closed out Nov/Dec yet. So when we apply the % increase based on the 2014 actual billing, naturally 2015's Nov/Dec will be incorrect and you have to manually adjust them. In the old Matrix Plus, we could apply the % increase to the 2014 Forecast instead, and then the 2015 Nov/Dec would be "more correct" and you wouldn't have to manually adjust.

Activities Created Daily Report
It would be very beneficial to have a report that would show the activities created each day. I would like to pull my activities that were entered at the end of the day to ensure I did not forget to add activities for a client or prospect to Matrix. Right now, you can only see when an activity has been entered on the summary tab of the profile page. The activities list and activities tab ONLY display the date the activity is scheduled to begin, not the date it was entered.

The ability for all Account Executives to NOT see one anothers prospects
Since we operate where an account isn't owned until someone sells it, all prospects are open. Since they are open, 1 account executive can take another AE's prospect and sell it and make the account theirs. My AE's are weird about entering their prospects, so this doesn't help our cause on getting them to use it.
The other major kink to this is, one not so good AE enters a ton of prospects and never closes an account and another AE who's a good closer is discouraged on trying to sell that account because the other AE has them in…

Add column "OUTLET" to Account List
In order to increase the speed of reassigning accounts, it would be beneficial to have Outlet at the main grid level instead of expanding out each account for reassignments.
3 votesWe have just finished testing a new feature that will allow you to create custom Account, Contact (and in the future Agency) lists.
One of the features is to create new columns on your Account list like Outlet!

Show Shared Accounts on Reports
We would like for reps that share accounts to have the ability to run reports for shared accounts.
5 votesWe have released this functionality as a new user role that we discovered while on site at a few different locations.
Let us know if you have the scenario where there is a salesperson that can help the sales process with any other salesperson on their team. This person may or may not have their own accounts, but they need to be able to help everyone!

Would be nice to have a hyperlink to an activity from the activity report.

A link to the Activity Profile from every Subject will make navigating to your activities for more details easier as well as getting back to the report for more info!

More Functionality with Projects tab
For Projects, it would be nice to have the ability to add notes about an entry specific to that project.
Also, we need to be able to pull a Projects Report that shows accounts that have been pitched/sold/not interested. right now, we can pull a report that lumps everything together but does not itemize by accounts and dollars.
2 votesWe have completed this work with a new and improved Projects experience in Monarch. We’re soft launching this right now and would love to get your organization on board with it!
Either way, we’ll be doing a full roll out in early 2020 so if you want to take an official dive after the holidays that’s fine too.

ability to print from critical list
