Adding an Additional Column to Reflect Last Billed VS Last Updated

Looing at the screenshot below, this prospect is showing 8/2023 under the ‘last billed’ column. They’ve never billed. Can you help me understand why they, and many others, would show under last billed?

It is showing you the last month when the account was updated by either submitting an activity , a deal or a contact
If the account reports revenue, then the type changes to Billing – otherwise will only update based on data entry

Be able to filter by "does NOT equal" or able to filter on column headers
Filters on column headers to weed out the overwhelming amount of accounts.

Pin Account Notes
It would be great if in every billing account profile there is a place to put Traffic Contact information, and Makegood policies.. I know we could put as a note, but then it gets pushed down as you do other things.. so if there's a way to add this as a card to slide that is housed in the main information about the client, that would be ideal

Drip email campaigns to clients
It would be great if we had campaigns to choose from for clients to be set on automatic to stay in touch throughout each process. 1. prospecting would have great information regarding marketing and why using our digital or TV medium would be good for them. 2. Current Clients: stay in touch, reinforce their decision to use us. All of this would be automated email once a month or twice, depending on the different campaigns you can create. Maybe even category specific

Rejecting Lead Accounts

AR Data should include current
an AE may not be actively collection the current aging amount ...but the data should be available - in the event a client asks total due - the AE would have that data in MATRIX ...rather than having to go to the traffic software for the current piece.

Have the option to split an account Revenue and Budget between two AEs
It would be great if there was a way to reassign an account so only some of the budget and revenue would be reassigned to a new AE. This would help split the account if the original AE is still with the station, and help to see more accurately the Budget and Revenue each of the AEs are actually responsible for.

Filtering Reports or Account List by Shared Accounts
It would be great to be able to filter a report or the account list for shared accounts to see all the shared accounts and the salespeople working them.

Customize what information is required in order to submit a Lead for approval
We struggled with this on Efficio…we would like to make them include minimally an address and phone# or email and phone# but there is nothing on this account.

Salespeople want to be able to rename their accounts
If a sales rep can 'enter' new biz account name, then they should be able to change that name if it is not owned by any other salespeople.
1 voteThere’s a technical reason right now why we do not allow the name change, but this is a candidate for future improvement. Moving this up for more visibility to our product development team.

Notes transfer across to all accounts
As a manager it would be helpful if there was a a way to add notes to an account that has multiple AE's and have those notes transfer across to all? We have a split sales team here and that would be a huge help for me to create a note that transfers across to all AE's accounts.

Edit accounts from account list
You should be able to edit accounts from the account list just like you can do with contacts.

Show our comission
I would like to see all comission from all deals, and imigrations from OSI. We enter our account types in both systems, which sets the comission percentage. Instead of just being able to add ourselves in quick deal I would love to log in every day and see how much I am making/losing to motivate me more and keep myself most informed.

List Builder Filter on NOT
In list builder, I would like to add a NOT filter. For example, I want everything with a certain tag but not assigned to a specific sales person.

remove shared access
If an AE leaves and all accounts are reassigned, shared accounts remain shared. There isn't a way to filter for accounts shared with this AE and there isn't a way to remove one specific AE from an account that is shared with multiple AEs. thus making unsharing the accounts very tedious. :(

Prospecting Pipeline Management
When entering prospects, I'd like to be able to better-manage the process within Matrix for leads/prospects that have no dollar amount attached to them. I would like a way to rank closing-potential and have a 1-100 probability scale along with multiple stages of a pipeline to choose from. The Bird's Eye View and/or a report should be able to show at a glance where each of your new business prospects are in the pipeline. This should be integrated with current and pending activities.
