A great example of this might be prospecting. I need to make 5 prospecting calls per day so I'd have 5 items that are recurring. I'd want to manage each of them individually once they are created. When I complete an instance, I might change the subject or add notes or add an account or contact, or change any other attribute. I would not want this to change all of the instances of this item. Simiarlly, if I change the series (like in Outlook) I would NOT want all of my changes to be lost.
If I download the activity to outlook is it downloading the series or the item?

We plan to address issues with how contacts are managed within our newest product, Monarch, in the near future. If done right, it should eliminate the idea of a contact owner and put more focus on the company that the person works for as well as provide more up-to-date / accurrate contact info.

If the same person doesn't own the original company and the new company, there is no way to move the contact. The existing contact has to be deleted and a new contact has to be created for the new company.

Like the Forecast change report I'd like to see how my weighted pipleine (including booked TY dollars) changes. In theory with good pipeline management, this should be very flat. If it rises or falls significantly we're either not fully populating the pipeline or weighting is wrong.
