Account Profile Page- History of Account
The Term " HISTORY OF ACCT" should appear within the acct profile page instead of showing Activity/Contact/Details, etc..This is helpful for newcomers using Monarch.
1 voteThat is what the Summary Tab displays. It shows upcoming items as well as "Account History" showing activities added/updated, Deals added/updated, or reassignments.

Adding Rev Type To The Activity Impact Report
Hello. Would it be possible to add Rev Type, to the hierarchy, of the Activity Impact Report? For me, the functionality would be extremely helpful in measuring new business data specifically.
1 voteWe can only work with fields that are in both revenue areas (which Revenue Type is) and Activities (which Revenue Type is not) as that is the only way to make a proper connection.

When you are filling out an activity, there should be a dropdown menu offering choices in the subject field.
Dropdown menu for subject. This would save time typing the same thing all the time. Most activities revolve around digital or tv. Having them available would make life a little easier. Plus, people would still have the option of typing in a reason for the activity.
1 voteThis is not likely to be something that we will take on in our product. Our Subject field usage varies wildly and we find that folks like the freedom to express what the activity is about which makes it easier to understand on the Activity Report, List, and other areas from others like it.

back date activities
Account Profile should show Activities by Scheduled Date and not Creation Date when viewing the summary
1 voteThe summary is designed to show you the interactions on an Account Profile (like a contact was created, a deal was closed, or an activity was created) like an audit log and not meant to show the recent and upcoming Activities.
For that, we recommend that you view the Activities tab which is sorted by the schedule date and shows you a chronological order of activities, past and future.

Matrix Calendar showing Completed Activities
It would be very helpful if Matrix would automatically put a strike through the activity/event subject on the Matrix internet calendar, that is completed. This would avoid double checking in Matrix if the activity is still open or not.

CSV file uploads
I just wanted to make a suggestion about CSV files. It would be very convenient if we had a CSV file template we could use and then upload the CSV to the system to log our activities. Many weeks I have over 100 activities to log after I have entered them into excel.
1 voteWhy are you entering activities into Excel as opposed to entering them into Monarch from the start?
It’s commendable that you’re creating and updating activities at all (truly awesome!), but we’d recommend that you bite the bullet and put them into the CRM so that they can be utilized more effectively than an Excel document. If it’s a matter of other people have different processes, then we definitely need to put your team in touch with our Success team at Matrix to help understand how we can optimize things for you :)

change first day of week for the activity calendar
Would like to have the option to start our weekly calendars on Monday, rather than Sunday to coincide with the Broadcast calendar.
The broadcast calendar is a standardized calendar used primarily for the planning and purchase of radio and television programs and advertising.[1] Every week in the broadcast calendar starts on a Monday and ends on a Sunday, and every month has either four or five such weeks. Broadcast calendar months thus have either 28 or 35 days.

Remove static account field in Activities
When you create an activity and put in an account, then click "save and add another" it saves the account in that field, so that it's in every following activity unless you catch it to change it. That needs to be corrected.
1 voteThat is actually the desired outcome by the majority of our users when we investigated adding this feature.
It’s meant to be saying “Save this activity and create a follow-up activity just like it” and typically used when completing an activity. I believe we’re actually going to be changing the name in the future to “Complete and Add Another” to make it more clear.

When will it be possible to move Mass Activities to a different Contact?
It would be awesome if while on the Activity list, have the ability to check/select different activities, and then move them to a different contact. This would be especially effective if the original contact is no longer with the organization, and it would be beneficial to view this information under the new contact. Much like what happens when an account is reassigned - Activities, billing, Deals, contacts are moved.

We must, unfortunately, decline it and focus our development efforts on requests that offer higher value to the most amount of sales teams.

Activities Default
have an option in preferences to select complete as the default
2 votesDoing this would not work with how a CRM is best utilized. You should want to be putting future activities in Matrix so that you can strategically plan with your accounts. If you’re always putting in activities after the fact, you’re probably just doing it to satisfy your manager and we can’t imagine that is their intent with activities either.
We will unfortunately be declining this request, but thank you very much for the thought!

The Activity Report should state that emails are not included in the graph
graph of activities not consistant with number of activities showing on list. I have narrowed this down to emails. After speaking with Matrix, I understand why emails do not show up (per the comment on this request) and wish that I knew that ahead of time.
