Matrix Calendar showing Completed Activities
It would be very helpful if Matrix would automatically put a strike through the activity/event subject on the Matrix internet calendar, that is completed. This would avoid double checking in Matrix if the activity is still open or not.

Putting some sort of visual indicator on an Activity in the calendar view would be very helpful so that the user can tell what Activities have been completed and what Activities are still incomplete. Also, instead of, or in addition to the the Activity Subject, it would be helpful to be able to see the Account Name.

We're actually looking into allowing you a "quick complete" option from the What's Next pod on your Street Level or the Activity List proper.
I feel compelled to state why it is designed in its current fashion and that is to promote adding new information found while on the call or in the meeting. Simply scheduling an activity is only half of the information. Noting what you did on it or the outcome completes that story and requiring you to edit the activity increases the chances of adding that information after completing it.
This is slightly off topic from the original request, but great conversation none-the-less!

It would be nice if there was a quick drop down menu to select that the activity is completed rather than click edit, then drop down with completed. I don't like the extra step.

Can you give me a bit more info about what you mean by this?
Are you referring to in your Outlook/Gmail calendar after you have setup a subscription or are you referring to a particular page and/or pod within Matrix?
