CSV file uploads
I just wanted to make a suggestion about CSV files. It would be very convenient if we had a CSV file template we could use and then upload the CSV to the system to log our activities. Many weeks I have over 100 activities to log after I have entered them into excel.
Why are you entering activities into Excel as opposed to entering them into Monarch from the start?
It’s commendable that you’re creating and updating activities at all (truly awesome!), but we’d recommend that you bite the bullet and put them into the CRM so that they can be utilized more effectively than an Excel document. If it’s a matter of other people have different processes, then we definitely need to put your team in touch with our Success team at Matrix to help understand how we can optimize things for you :)
