Add column "OUTLET" to Account List
In order to increase the speed of reassigning accounts, it would be beneficial to have Outlet at the main grid level instead of expanding out each account for reassignments.
We have just finished testing a new feature that will allow you to create custom Account, Contact (and in the future Agency) lists.
One of the features is to create new columns on your Account list like Outlet!
This will be part of our fall release this year within Matrix Premium so keep your eyes peeled for updates!

Ryan, I just saw your comment below. YES, I'm requesting that you don't have to expand or "+" the account for not only a better user experience but also so we can review and assign accounts faster by outlet.

Not sure what else you need....When you are reviewing accounts, it would be helpful to see the name of the OUTLET in the column next to the account name rather than having to expand the account to view the OUTLETS. This is very tidious with the accounts being split between two-three OUTLETS (mostly for different Account Executives calling on WFTS and WFTS-Digital.

The Outlet column currently exists on the Account List. If you click the "+" button you can see the Account broken out by Outlet, Office, Agency, creation and last billed dates.
Are you asking that it existed without clicking on the "+" button? If so, what are you trying to do that would be a faster/better user experience if it existed there?
Understanding this will help us prioritize a potentially better solution or maybe even point out existing workflow/functionality that exists.
