have a place to save station's share of the buy and order.
Corporate and local management requires share on buys, especially with agency orders. A place to insert share of buys would be helpful. For example, when McDonalds bought the market, we received 33% of the buy. An AE brings in new business and we're the only station they bought, so we received 100% of the buy.

We’ve completed work on some custom forms on Deals. This is an ideal location for creating a couple of fields that represent share. We can do some basic calculations with the data on the deal as well so if this sounds interesting please reach out to your success manager so that we can discuss some options that might be right for you!
Thanks!

I would love to have a place to include shares by account so as a manager, we could track performance year over year as well as be able to put together the market prior to the Hungerford coming out

Matrix is a great tool but a not having a report where management and Account Executives can keep track of their station's and the competition's market share is a big ommission. This information is required by most national reps and we do have the capacity to track the shares nationally. However, we do not have the ability to keep track of local shares, especially since our trtaffic system, OSI, does not have this feature as well. Please help in providing this much needed reporting mechanism in Matrix.

We already input this information in wide orbit with new orders-is there a way to transfer this information from wide orbit to Matrix with the imports? It would also be great to be able to see historical market budgets along with shares.

Everything is done by asking the client what our share of the buy is. We manually place it on internal orders and the reps keep track of it for future negotitations.

Do you currently use any 3rd party share analysis tools/reports or do you rely on your own research and skills to determine share for your station?
