add a column in the forecasting report that shows booked vs budget
Id' like to be able to see what the AE has booked and how it compares to their budget so I can see how far off of their budget they are for the month.

Pull a Tag Names List report. To keep track of ALL the many forgotten names of your Tags!
We need to be able to pull a Tag list..A list of all tag names we have used & eventually have forgotten the exact way we named the tags. There are multiple ways we could name tags,when ultimately they are the same thing, but yet we can't remember what we named the tag.
3 votesIt sounds like the root of your problem is that you have way too many similarly named tags! You’re not alone, trust me…
So we built Tag Maintenance.
It’s a way for Admins to merge, rename, or delete tags. It works much the same way Account maintenance might in that you can merge items that are spelled differently but are really the same, rename misspellings, or delete old tags that are no longer needed.
Specifically around merged tags, if you search for one of the spellings that has been merged into another Tag then it will locate the proper spelling and allow you to select that.
Say goodbye to multiple spellings today!

Stay on the same month when editing reports
Once you choose a month and then edit a report, the report should not revert back to the current month.
3 votesIssue was fixed in a recent update. The Sales Outlook Pod retains the month/quarter and does not revert back when changing other toggles

star image not intuitive
the star ("save") image is not intuitive as it appears as "grayed out" and needs to be labeled differently or colored so users know this is the save function
3 votesWe have just finished testing on this feature. A tool-tip will now display when hovering over the star icon in order to show you that the icon represents saving the report as a favorite or that the report has already been saved as a favorite.

Activity Report that ties to Revenue
Ability to see a true CRM report and how Activities are tied to revenue and result in an increase, decrease or no revenue.

Custom Reports
It would be great to have a custom report capability... For instance, we would like to do the Multi Year Revenue Report that has all of the accounts listed, such as prospects and old clients, listed under each AE.
2 votesWe have the ability to build custom reports as a part of the Matrix Premium offerings. If you have Matrix Premium we’d love to hear about your specific needs.
Unfortunately I was unable to discern what was needed from this request and will be closing out this feedback, but please do not hesitate to reach out to your success manager in order to explain to them some of your custom reporting needs. Share report: users
While selecting updates for shared users in a report, I noticed Inactive user names in the selection list. Is it possible to enhance Matrix to map to the active users list only? Could this be happening in other areas of the system, too?
2 votesThis is now a part of the new reporting updates that are rolling out to all customers. If a user is inactive within our product, we do not include them in the Share Report dialog.
We hope that this makes sharing reports a bit easier on you!

link to activity from activity report
Would be nice to have a hyperlink to an activity from the activity report.

A link to the Activity Profile from every Subject will make navigating to your activities for more details easier as well as getting back to the report for more info!

More Functionality with Projects tab
For Projects, it would be nice to have the ability to add notes about an entry specific to that project.
Also, we need to be able to pull a Projects Report that shows accounts that have been pitched/sold/not interested. right now, we can pull a report that lumps everything together but does not itemize by accounts and dollars.
2 votesWe have completed this work with a new and improved Projects experience in Monarch. We’re soft launching this right now and would love to get your organization on board with it!
Either way, we’ll be doing a full roll out in early 2020 so if you want to take an official dive after the holidays that’s fine too.

ability to print from critical list
it would be very helpful for managers to be able to print things off of the critical lists

Changed to Weighted Forecast Report
We are looking at creating a custom report to use with our AEs. It's almost exactly a Weighted Forecast Report with a change or two.
The biggest change would be changing the "$ Diff Forecast/Budget" and "% Diff Forecast/Budget" to be the different of what's booked this year over their forecast. We do not budget by account, so the columns are not helpful.
We were also wondering if it would be possible to show the different of this year to last year either in dollars, percent, or both.

Salespeople column on Deal Status report should display deal owner rather than deal closer for closed deals.
We use the Deal Status report to track how are AEs are entering and closing deals. If a deal is auto-reconciled, the Salesperson on the Deal Status Report gets set as "Martix Admin", not the actual owner of the deal. Wouldn't it make more sense for the Salesperson column to be always based on deal owner, so the salesperson gets the proper credit for closing the deal?
2 votesOur new reporting format allows for Deal to be added as a hierarchy which works out great for this type of a request when used in conjunction with the Salespeople field.

More customizing options for reports
On the forecast report settings, I would like to be able to set the months I am looking at going accross the top of the page with the AE and accounts going down the page.

Create a report to find accounts that are billing for one outlet or group of outlets but not for the other outlets
It would be very helpful to find accounts that are billing only on one outlet or group of outlets, that could easily be billing on other outlets as well. For example, I'd like to find all the accounts that are only billing on the broadcast outlets. Then we could pursue revenue from those accounts for the digital outlets as well.

Maintaining Title Headers
When I am reviewing multi-year revenue history by account with my Account Executives, I have column headers on page 1 but lose them when going to Page 2 on. Could you maintain column headers throughout the multi-page report?

Mult Year Sales History Report - Sorting
Would like to be able to sort account by the different years selected. So if I have 2009-2011, I would like to double click on the year in the report and have the accounts sorted.

Revenue Summary Report
Is there a way to expand how far the report shows? When working on a laptop you have to constantly scroll up and down to reader the headers and then shift the report right or left.
Reports need to make better use of the real estate on the screen.
2 votesIf you run the report and look just below the star icon for favorite reports in the upper right, you’ll see what look like a square icon with an arrow pointing outward, This is our “Full Screen” button and will utilize your entire screen to show a report.
