Can we get client address added to CONTACT area in Activity, so we can copy and paste into LOCATION when setting an appointment? This would make it easier when locating the address needed for that activity.1 vote
I’m wondering if we had better quick options on the Location if that might be useful?
1. Set Location to Account Address
2. Set Location to Agency Address
3. Set Location to Contact Address
4. User Specified Address (as it is today)
This assumes you have an Account, Agency, and Contact attached tot he activity but they aren’t required and you couldn’t use those options if they didn’t exist.
What are your thoughts on this as a workflow?
Manager would like to add this to her calls activities on her calendar/list.2 votes
If we do the same activity each day, week or month on the same day and at the same time, we should be able to check a box, calendar or field to make it a recurring activity that appears in our Activity list. Therefore, we wouldn't have to enter the same activity over and over again. This idea is taken from Outlook calendar where you can schedule recurring events.50 votes
When they download for outlook it should download as an appointment, not a meeting. Sometimes I just want to add the task to my calendar.1 vote

I'd like to have an option in the gear to create an activity for an account. Different from List builder function because it's not multiple accounts and it's not completed. Same from Contact List1 vote
Currently reps are adding activities, naming them for accounts, but, since it is not required, sometimes not adding account names. As a result, there are a number of orphan, non associated activities. On a top level this is giving us a false view of account contact. Activities and Accounts need ALWAYS to be linked.2 votes
This is a minor request but it would be fantastic if there were easier ways to read notes in the activities section. Right now, no matter how you format the notes, everything runs on one line. Showing the use of the enter/return button AND bullet points would be a great way to review notes for clients!2 votes
When I close a deal, in order to follow the natural sales cycle workflow, I would like Matrix to ask something like "would you like to create or update a deal based upon the outcome of this activity?" and I can then choose to create, update, or ignore this recommendation.3 votes
This is something we’re looking into for future CRM enhancements. If we could suggest next steps for you, we feel the end user would be more likely to actually TAKE those next steps.
