We’re in the middle of development on this right now in our Monarch product! In fact it’s an entirely new process that allows you to pull in multiple agencies and then pick which contacts to affiliate. Not deleting when removing is just a positive side result of this feature.

What you’re describing is technically expected behavior, however, I can definitely see value in showing/hiding contacts at the account level without deleting them.

We’re going to be starting work on this feature very soon as the designs have kicked off this week. This is part of a much larger Account and Agency refresh that we’re doing which will show changes to both the front and back end of Matrix and Monarch.

What you’re describing is technically expected behavior, however, I can definitely see value in showing/hiding contacts at the account level without deleting them.

Think about the scenario where you might be working with 2 people at the agency and 1 handles 3 accounts, the other handles 5 accounts. I just want to hide one or the other depending where I am but not deleting them altogether.

Good thought. Promoting this up for future consideration.
